About My Watch Notifier
* Gives you an option to select the applications for which when there is a notification your Android Wear device will vibrate.
* Now you can configure also custom vibration pattern per application
* Additional filters - gives you the ability to configure even further the notifications by specifying custom vibration pattern for different keywords that are contained in the notification
IMPORTANT: In order to work you have to allow the application to receive all the notifications from Settings -> Security -> Notification access
Also please if you have any ideas or comments regarding the application feel free to send them to me via email.

Needed viber to vibrate on my watch because the viber app itself stupidly doesn't do that. This app filled in that feature for me so great and thank you.

It would be great if it respected the silent mode though. If watch is set to 'priority only' , it shouldn't vibrate.
