عين للوثائق

عين للوثائق هو نظام إلكتروني يعنى بالمحافظة على وثائق ومحفوظات الوزارة وإدارات التعليم في المناطق والمحافظات، وفهرستها وتصنيفها بما يكفل سرعة الاهتداء إلى ما تدعو الحاجة إلى الاطلاع عليه وتداوله وإفشاؤه وما لا يمكن الاطلاع عليه لخصوصيته.

ويمكن البحث في وثائق الوزارة من خلال:
- أسم أو رقم الوثيقة .
- موضوع الوثيقة.
- الجهة المصدرة للوثيقة.
- الكلمات الرئيسية.
- نوع الوثيقة .  And it can be searched in the documents of the ministry through:

- The issuer of the document.
