Newegg Flash Mobile

For a tech company the mobile app really sucks! Maintenance is not being done. The server is crashing constantly. This app used to work pretty well in the past but lately not so much.

Images rarely load, the sales are usually expired and it crashes all the time. Why develop apps for mobile if you're just going to crap the bed with the server powering them.

I am getting constant server errors when I try to view my account when I try to view my cart when I try to view order history. It is not functioning.

Newegg is inserting fake product results in my searches. Newegg used to be my favorite, but no more. When I search for best rated I get no rating and even 1 star elsewhere rated products. When I look at lowest priced items for around $70 Newegg tells me that a $1,200 actual priced item costs less. Newegg has lost all integrity and it's honor is for sale to the highest bidder. Do not do business with Newegg, they wish to see you cheated.

It's a great app if you're warry about what you buy. My biggest problem with the app is the daily deals are almost always some sort of flashlight.

Anyone that camplains about this app just has a garbage phone and should check this app for a deal on a new one its a one stop shop for tech savey indeviduals 10 out of 10

I ordered 2 Bluetooth speakerphones from a third party reseller, named himalayas, promoted on this site. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. I waited 2x as long as the promised shipping time before requesting a refund. In that time newegg deactivated the account of the seller. I was not notified of this. I am now waiting while newegg manually processes my refund. I think that upon realizing that the merchant was shady they should have reached out to me and not make me wait.

Server errors when trying to check out. Electronics that can't be shipped to my zip code? (upstate NY). I have not been able to purchase anything yet.

I have spent over 5k in your shop but it takes an 'Act of Godknowswhat' to check my order history! It can't be checked from this app. It says 'Go to our Full Website to check your order history', so what do I need this app for? If I have to go to your site to check, then I'll wait until then to shop! Guess when my last order arrives there will be NO MORE IMPULSE BUYS from me. And be honest to people: take the screenshot showing you can get your order history off up above. It's sorta misleading! Ya think?

Always timing out, displaying empty pages, non-responsive. A total waste of time and attention.

What is the point if the server is always down. It has been 4 days now.

Why isn't there a search feature. I found a deal on my PC then I had to scroll for 5 min to find it on my phone. Also, it says "item is sold out" when I can still buy it on newegg flash on my PC. Makes no sense

The app is essentially pointless if you want to actually purchase something as you get an error when trying to access the shopping cart. Note 4 on Lollipop.

Everything in this app is also on the original newegg app. I was excited for more deals but they're the same.

Right now every thing in shopping cart saids it's out of stock. Before it wouldn't take my payment information.

They have good deals, but best deals go fast.

Quick easy-to-use

It would hit 5 for me but the occasional and random auto refresh when scrolling down for products is a tad bit annoying. Another minor issue is sometimes I would get notifications more than 3 times on the same product- on the same day. Overall it does what an app does.

Much prefer this over email subscriptions. I feel like Newegg (and plenty other retailers) go overboard with the amount of emails I receive if sighed up through email, to the point that it is almost a burden. This app solves that for me. Notification messages for new deals and shows when deals expire which is way better than static emails that may have already expired by the time I check are a winners for me.

Nice little app. Nice-looking, functional UI. Until I stop receiving 3+ push notifications about three same product in the same day, I can't be rate it higher. BEYOND annoying.

Nice app and I love NewEgg but the community reviews help make the source site so great. This app needs to show the product user reviews then it gets 5 stars.

How do I buy something??? I confirm my paypal then I get stuck on the review screen it won't show anything or let me submit my order

A reboot of the phone fixed the issue.
