Nice interface.

Using the app with my new RunIQ watch. So far I am pleased. Had a technical problem first week of ownership, which was resolved by the RunIQ support team. Very satisfied with this product. Giving 4 stars as I do believe the app could use more interactive options. Keep up the good work NB team.

For shopping, it's really not adequate. It loads and responds really slowly, and doesn't give any details about the products... Just a photo. The product listings seem to be really out of date and don't match the website - shoes are still listed that aren't available anymore, and the entire NB1 customizable line just isn't there at all. I thought it might be a better shopping experience but it's not.

Doesn't link up with strava workout points, crashes when you us the check in feature shopping on it doesn't work. Will delete soon if these issues aren't addressed

I have uninstalled & reinstalled this app SEVERAL times. It does not want to open. I don't know what is wrong with it. I have sent you several feedback messages and no response or fixes from your end. Very disappointed in this app.

Boring. Required some device to use it at all. Just wanted to shop trainers.

What I think is the app is pointless, you can't track your order, I have to go to the main website. I just order a pair of shoes and this is a hugh inconvenience for customers. Unless it's fixed I won't be ordering any more shoes

Extremely glitchy with Strava app linkup, not as advertised.

Everytime I go to add an item to my cart, I get a "error, please retry" measage. I close and restart the app and it does the same thing. Really a pointless app if I cant even add items to my cart.

Keeps saying login error though i used FB to log in, plus 80mb size, give me a break!

I think it's a pretty cool APP, the only thing is that I can't talk to Customer service through the app.

App crashes when I try to open it. Probably due to the fact my phone is a few years old.

Slow and buggy for shopping. Home screen never loads. Haven't tried for running.

Won`t accept Strava points as it claims now. It used to work, but not anymore.

Awesome app BUT DOESNT HAVE PRODUCT DETAILS which is important to me

Placed my first order everything was good, until I attempted to place a second. At this point I can't even add anything to my shopping cart.

Products have no descriptions. The photos are so small on a phone can't even tell what kind of material.

I'm still working with the app, so my review is expected to change.

I FREAKING love the "My New Balance app"...

Continued failure to update points. I shouldn't have to contact support every time my points should be updated. Months later the exact same issues still exist. Is the New Balance team still looking in to this issue as they said 5 months ago?
