Since some time, it's not possible anymore to add custom rss feeds to HTC BlinkFeed. This app re-enabled the possibility with small hack.
Just enter or paste the rss feed url in the textfield and the feed will be added to BlinkFeed.

If it were possible to get Blinkfeed to allow RSS feeds in the Highlights tab, I'd rate it 5 stars. Sadly, this isn't the case. If you're having trouble, use Palabre to export a backup of feeds and use their xml links. Sense Home/Blinkfeed is so close to being an amazing home launcher. If you want something that rivals Blinkfeed, just enable gestures on Smart Launcher, and use a swipe left or right to launch your favorite RSS feed aggregate. I recommend SL + Palabre, Flipboard, Feedly or Play Newstand.
