Bluetooth was intermittent in the beginning, notifications are inconsistent. Some missing functionality like vibration intensity and duration. No sleep tracking yet but planned for future release.

I like the elegant look of the watch, the sturdy feel, the sapphire glass, the battery life, the progress LEDs are very nice as well. But if I wanted to buy a non-smart watch, I would have bought something else for the same money. To earn my 5 stars: 1- Add step history/stats to the app. 2- Add distance 3- Add sleep tracking/analysis. 4- Stabilize Bluetooth connection. 5- Add vibration length settings to the app. 6-Create a cloud. (Advice: Check lifetrak/withings/misfit apps as a start)

It use to disconnect all the time but when it was connected it would work. After the update it's connected most of the time and infrequently works through flashing and notifying me.

However it definetly needs some improvment

This app keeps asking to turn on Bluetooth every 10 seconds or so. Either turn it on or uninstal it.

Please add support of 3rd party apps notifications

Can never get the watch to reconnect. Firmware update will either time out or stopped at 100% even after 1 hour

And battery removal does not help

Workout a strong app, this is an overpriced way to check the time. Disappointed and discouraged. Their support team is also pathetic. I recommend keeping away until until they work out the bugs. That could be many years and by then there will be a better product out there.

I just got the watch and have already received multiple compliments. However, that being said, that app itself is quite frustrating. There is no history, so I have to note down how many steps I got the day before. Also, the bluetooth connection is killing my battery. With bluetooth off, I keep getting notifications that I should turn bluetooth on. Not only has it hurt my battery life, but it is also slowly driving me insane as it interrupts everything I do.

What can I do if the update keeps failing? Update time out, from version 25 to 30. And the step tracker on the app does not correspond to the one on the phone. It just stays at 4014 steps. It should provide real time increment if steps are taken IMO.

Slowly improving..But needs a lot more work. More apps support for notifications needed asap!

After the last update it STOPPED flashing! This really sucks. And I don't see why the app could not save history? The counter is set back to 0 at midnight, meaning that if I had not especially connected the Bluetooth just before midnight, I don't know how many steps I've really taken. History is great for tracking of progress. I think they should take the Whithings app as an example.

Cant update the watches firmware, keeps telling me it timed out.

The app+watch firmware seems quite useless. The connection is gone after few minutes which means you won't be able to use any of the smart features. My worry is that all the battery life tests they have done and marketed are based on the broken app+firmware and when/if they upgrade the combo the battery life will be changes drastically which questions the whole reasoning behind supportive this watch compared to others. Waiting for the next upgrade!

Bluetooth connection drops out too often meaning I can't rely on it. Design of app and watch both gorgeous, hoping maturity resolves the issues!

Connection does not hold. With no connection makes the "smart" watch aspect useless. Shouldn't have to reconnect every 10mins.

It was working fine for the first few days, up to a week i think, but since then, I am no longer getting any notification feedback. While it was working, email, sms and calendar notification doesn't work. I believe more features could be added into this app to improve its functionality. Eg: step tracking log to show previous records. And perhaps to allow customization on the app for notification.

Connection disconnect often by itself without notification. Almost none functionality, FC 2x per day.

App is useless which makes the watch useless. Have put in help tickets with no response. Very disappointed.

Bluetooth conenctivity always dropped. Please fix this issue. It's caused both watch and app useless.

Still very limited functionality (will grow I hope ) and bluetooth connection does not hold for more than a few seconds. This app needs a lot more work!

I did a full test on all the notifications after the update. (Samsung S4). At first I had some problems with notifications still. So I did a reset on the watch by pressing in button 1 and 3 at the same time for few sec until the white leds blinked once. After that i did some test again. There is drops on connections. I tested Call, Calender, E-mail, and SMS. All worked but SMS had a problem, only the Led turn on but there is no Vibration.

Can't connect my nevo to my phone. Followed the instructions but keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection.

Suffered from intermittent Bluetooth dropouts. Notifications rarely work. Step-tracker rarely updates. Overall, doesn't work as advertised.

Drops connection often. Doesn't show steps in the app sometimes. Notifications almost never except for call notifications. Hope they fix soon.

For the time problems with Bluetooth- Software has very limited options ,don't know if steps counting is correct- please update software unlock the other features
