I don't think I've ever left a negative review on an app before, but this is by far the worst app I've ever used & the ufc customer service could careless. I've had Fight Pass for a while & been a ppv customer since ufc 4. Over the past 3 months it kicks me out of Fight Pass saying that I need to purchase a new subscription. UFC customer service is an absolute joke. All they care about is getting their money each month! Well they're not getting my money any more! Good riddance!

Horrible, paying to watch the fights and when you chrome cast or screen share it shows everything but the fight screen is black. Absolute rip off and not worth anyone's time or money. If u wanna watch every fight on a 4 inch screen then DL but if you like watching them on a normal tv avoid this trash app.

Complete of money. Can't watch the pay per fights. Just sat down to watch a fight and it said it is blacked out. What am I paying for? I can get ufc news with Google.

I was hesitant at first prior subscribing as I was unsure about the content. I'm now at one month and I must admit that I'm quite satisfied up to now. Great library. Streaming on my Chromecast is good but sometimes lags. The only thing I'm not as happy is I find the navigation in the app a bit chaotique. Fix this ans I'll give it a 5 star.

I buy Mayweather McGregor then i but direct tv payperview because ufc garbage dont Work i spend 200 dollars for that fight

Fight pass doesn't include any ppv fights and includes only the fight nights that aren't carried by fs1 Waste of space, step your game up ufc

Love it but sometimes when I'm watching it live I can't use anhydrous of the outside our rewind features without it going haywire. I recommend waiting for the event to be over then start it.

I've never had a problem until tonight. Dana White refunded money when Nunez didn't fight, I'm sure he'll make this right if they can't fix the issue. Everyone waited till this was not performing to post reviews, but this is the first time I've had an issue with a PPV event, and I get almost every card.

My Opinion is in regards to UFC TV used on Xbox which ruined my experience and hopes to use any UFC App. I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN. Ive paid $100.00 for a fight that I coudnt see because "The server was down" and no one contacted me back in regards to a refund. Ive embarrassed myself in front of 50 people in my home.

LIVID! Paid to watch the McGregor/Mayweather fight and as soon as it was due to start BAM server offline. Website down, app down...saying my internet is offline which is untrue because I wouldn't be able to post this review right now! Not cool UFC!

I downloaded the app on 8/26/17 to purchase and stream the Mayweather vs. Mcgregor fight. No problems downloading the app or paying for the fight. Once 8 p.m. hit I received an alert on my phone telling me with was time to watch the fights.. The app never loaded and kept giving me a 503 service error and telling me I was offline. We paid $100 dollars for something that was impossible to view and I am expecting a prompt refund. I gave every one the cash back that came over and chipped in to pull it off. So here I am with $100 gone from my bank account and a party that was ruined. Please make this right soon

STAY AWAY. I paid the $100 for the Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather fight only for them to have login issues. Missed all the beginning fights and had stuttering issues during the main fight. Definitely will not buy another ppv from them.

Paid $100 for PPV event and it didnt work for a single second. Ended up streaming from a different source and worked just fine. Emailed support 3 times and no response. Fight Pass is a ripoff and I'm sure I'm out $100. Buyer beware.

Bought the ppv for Mayweather v McGregor, and found out this service does not refund or respond to customer requests for help. I expect their servers to overload even in smaller events. I strongly suggest against this scam of a product.

I paid $100 to watch the fight last night and I could not access the fight on my TV or my phone just like millions of other people. I asked them for a refund and they are ignoring me. On email and on chat. I used sling instead that is a better way to watch fights. Use anything but this you cannot trust it!

Paid $100 for the Mayweather McGregor fight and it didnt work. Missed the fight entirely and am out $100. Worst part is there is no customer service number to contact and get my money back. Worst app ever. Deserves zero stars.

This app sucks. Got it specifically for the Mcgregor and Mayweather fight. Could not login then when I could we were charged and then the servers started crashing and still unable to watch the ppv fight. UFC Should have anticipated heavy viewers and updated their servers. Very disappointed with the app and the UFC!

Pay for the McGregor v Mayweather fight. $100 on your website. Then your app won't even let me get passed loading red screen. Says I'm offline but everything else works. You need to do alot better!

Downloaded to watch Mayweather v McGregor fight. Will not load or let me watch. All my other apps work perfectly so it isn't my fault. Now im out $99 because of your screw-up. Thanks for nothing, UFC.

You can't check the next event fight card. You can't see any of the paper view event card dates or fight cards. Does the UFC hate promoting their own events on their app? How can a person find out when UFC 215 is and the card?

Downloaded this to watch the McGregor/Mayweather fight. Spent most of my time hosting my party waiting for the servers to come up. Missed the first few fights until I decided to buy it on Sling TV.

I'm a paid member and can use fight pass on my pc, but on the app I'm always treated to the "join" menu when I try to watch a fight. Wouldn't gladly change this to a 5 star if it could be resolved

Good for content but casting to any android tv with built in casting resets the tv! Tried streaming from s7 edge and z3 compact tab and both devices reset the tv only when streaming fight pass. Please fix asap

Ive been pay for this app for a year now and have always had small problems here and there but i spend $110 on the McGregor vs mayweather fight and it doesnt work now keeps say im off line and boots me out tried on my xbox say issue this is stupid i want my money back!!!!!!

Paid for subscription for the mayweather fight and yup like everyone else here. All servers down. My app not working. Xbox not working. Bad bad bad experience. Good job for doing a bad job

I think they finally got the technology for consistency of broadcast down right; but does anyone else have video skipping forward on them during a stream? Sometimes the video will go from the walk out straight to the post fight interview. I press the 30 rewind to get back.

U missed the entire fight due to YOUR servers being down. I paid $100 dollars and was unable to receive the service I paid you to deliver. I have contacted UFC on several avenues ... from email to social media platforms... and have yet to hear a response. I want a refund for lack of service delivered.

Bought the Mayweather fight for tonight. Paid $100 cannot access ufc tv on Riku, phone app, or through computer. Everything is shut down and cannot contact customer service. Phone number is disconnected!

Don't bother. positive reviews are fake. app barely works. Had bought ppv through the app too. Didn't work, asked for a refund they told me it's not UFC policy. lol.

Epic failure. It may be a one-time issue, but how they handled it not working was terrible as well. Deleting this app.

This app was nice at first but when it came time for fight night it refused to load for me or allow me to purchase the fight. I give it a 3 star only because it does everything else it says it does.

Cant sign in cause the maintenance tends to happen every time I want to sign up for sign into something I will change my review once I have a better usage understanding
