One of the worst sport streaming apps that I've used. With all the money BtN pulls in, their app service is incredibly behind compared to other major sport streaming services. I'd be embarrassed in my line of work if my product was this far behind the competition...I just don't understand.

Equalize your volume! You guys bring in how much freaking money and you can't get your volume levels right?! Embarrassing! I have to crank my system just to get good game volume, but as soon as it switches to commercial it becomes deafening. Take some pride in your work and fix what should be an INCREDIBLY SIMPLY ISSUE!

This app is what "IT" has become in 2017. We won wars with our technology in the 90's and 2000's, as pathetic as it is now we won't even be able to fight. Delete the app, fire the "programmers", write decent requirements and start over.

Signed in to watch 4 games so far. Only one has actually streamed without technical difficulties. Even when difficulties resolved, audio/video hiccup every 3 seconds makes impossible to watch.

App still broken on 10/29/17. Will not accept my Fios password. Little print content=one writer=cheapo management. No doubt cheap about hiring tech staff. Offers nothing for paid service. Fox affiliated=big negative for me. Still, I'm a fan&want it to work fwiw.

The video quality of the feeds sucks. When it's not frozen, it's blurry. I have twins who can stream two tablets worth of content at the same time usually and even with everything off the feed is frozen digitized scrap. I don't k ow how they charge money for it. Worse than radio.

I have a galaxy s8 and cannot get the progress bar to show on screen when watching in landscape, even when not using full screen mode. I might be missing something but if not, it needs fixing. Wasn't an issue on previous phones.

App is terrible. Video will not load. With all the money the Big 10 has, they can't develop a working app?...

I select my cable provider and then it just gives me a busy icon for days and days. It never moves past the busy icon and never allows me to log in; therefore, it's worthless. This app is garbage.

Do not pay for the btn plus feature, it has technical difficulties all the time and the coverage is terrible the coverage glitches all the time and it seems like amateurs are running the cameras because they cannot follow the action at all especially if it's Btn plus

Absolutely garbage, I couldn't even stream ONE game. The app was just loading the entire time, terrible.....

Junk. Trash. Disgraceful. Hammers you for login every time, good luck getting video to play after logging in. Barely functional, maximum annoying. Apparently they don't want you to use it. The streaming, ads and "security" are all really poorly implemented, destroying any user experience.

Garbage app, I have to restart it multiple times throughout a game. Meanwhile ESPN app goes strong throughout a game without needing restarted....

It would be really nice if you could stream games on this app that is made to stream games on. Instead all I get are loading screens. It worked once in 4 weeks.

Premium content is not worth the money. Stream cuts in and out and is not 1080p. I have1GBe internet, it's not my internet. Look at other users comments same issue.

Got a paid subscription then found out that u can't steam football games without a tv provider. What am I paying for then? Worthless app

Id give it no stars if i could. Full wifi and i could not watch the game. Garbage.

Its a great app Love to keep up with my Boilermakers. Only problem I have with app is the notifications, I wish i could just have football notifications not all school sports notifications.

Can't even get signed in, and I'm paying my cable provider for this service. Unlike every other streaming app I use, including free ones like WatchESPN, this is useless. Fix and I'll rate again, otherwise you should be ashamed for offering a product that doesn't work.

Btn has too much money and experience to be this terrible....they choose to be. Why do none of the programs load? Then you want me to pay extra for plus? Heck no! Boycott the advertisers until they fix it is what I say

This is the worst anytime I want to watch a game it doesn't let me login.. it doesn't give an error message or anything. I want my money back!

Terrible. Can't sign in to my cable account, just says not authorized. Also, why did you break the link to the old app? This should have been an automatic update. Instead, I had to go manually install it.

App is bad... complete lack of respect for the customer by playing the smoke and mirrors game with the big10 Plus subscriptions. You can't manage your account once you give them your credit card....what BS

This app cuts in and out, and streaming sucks, I think its funny all other apps espn,fs1 and are great. No cut outs no streaming issues, if your going to make an app do it right and don't put out something that barley works. Get it fixed!

Continually buffers with a Blue N on the screen yet the game is playing in the background. Your website is also Terrible when trying to watch games. Terrible app

App is quite good, but have noticed that there buffering algorithm needs to be improved. Stopping for 3 to 5 seconds every couple of minutes is really aggravating. This happens on a Comcast 50 MByte/sec Ethernet connection. Doesn't happen with other streaming apps on same network and TV. 10/15/2017 What used to be a good app is now really bad. Please restore the old version. Problem 1: When playing in full screen, the white bar (showing the triangle, circle, and square) will not disappear. 2. After casting, none of the controls on the phone will work. I have an LG G6.

B1G should fire whomever made the app. It's awful! It does NOT work. I signed in to watch a game, audio begins but the blue star of death and circle keep loading. I close the app, reopen it only to get an error message claiming I'm already logged in on another device. There isn't another device! Also, make an app for Amazon Fire TV already. Good grief, what is this, the Sun Belt Conference? I bet they have an app which works!

I have 2 phones and BTN2GO will not allow me to sign into all of my devices. BTN2GO is garbage.

Can not even sign in with FiOS. Select it as my provider and then I just get a blank screen. Disappointing.

1000s of web developers out of work and they put out this hot garbage. Constantly cuts in and out on solid connections. Won't cast for more than 5mins without dropping. Compared to WatchESPN and Fox Sports app borderline useless.

Terrible app. Every time it goes to a commercial break it won't go back to the game. Have to restart the app.

Video quality is atrocious through BTN2Go. Use Fox Sports Go instead to stream BTN games...video quality is way better.

I'm really glad that they have Chromecast support for this app but it's tough to enjoy when the video quality is in such LOW RESOLUTION QUALITY.

App struggles to actually stream games. Period. In strong bandwidth home wifi. Nothing happens.

Doesn't show scores or watch live games. Keeps going back to home page

Videos don't work on pixel 2 xl. And casting is kinda buggy when using the Chromebook app

The app works well to keep me updated on sports halfway across the world. Most games happen in the middle of the night for me, I live in Cambodia, and really like the replay option for games which means I can watch them almost anytime.

Have a cable subscription and it won't let !e access BTN2Go... what's joke

Constantly says I am offline but I'm not. When it does actually connect the stream drops off every few minutes saying the video is unavailable. Customer service just says uninstall/reinstall. No help at all.
