It is Accessing UnNecessary System+Private Data+Services ! :( Its accessing device & ALL app's LOGs+HISTORY, All WebSite/URL visited List, Running app List, etc! which are massive Violation of Privacy-Rights. Even Law-Enforcement needs Court-Order for such Histry/Log Private/Personal Data! When app dev wil respect Privacy-Rights & apply it, then we wil updat this review. Thanks.

Thank you to everyone whom wrote how much the program invades your privacy and is basically a general waste of time. Hey, DivX, how about you solve the issues instead of writing that you'll look into that... you could be potentially sued for the privacy laws that you are committing....just saying. DivX Mobile App does not recognize .divx formats on my OnePlusX Mobile. The App recognizes only .mp4 format.In anticipation to playback divx formats I bought the DivXPro convertor as well. Disappointed to find that this is a waste of Money.

Apparently does not work. Installed and selected a wmv video file to play back on my phone, and then a message popped up to declare that the DivX app was unresponsive! Uninstalling. No reply from the developer (s). Perhaps they are now unemployed or dead?

Bought the pro version and when I go offline on an air plane a try to use it says I need to upgrade to pro and won't play my movie's. After getting to my hotel and getting back online it works. Reeallu annoyed I have movies to watch during my flyet on to have this app fall when needed.

l download this to play MKV extension files but alas! it doesn't support. Divx for Windows PC also doesn't support all MKV extension files.

So the app works well on my Galaxy Tab 4, but won't cast DivX files to my chromecast. Other videos will play on my chromecast just fine.

My bro downloads movies that are out and uses this to play it on his laptop since my SD card have about 28 GB I transferred the movies about 6 so far and the app works fine with it. I don't know what's wrong other people or their phones most likely their phones are different.

Mkv and divx not working.. no closed screen option...no plugins to make videos work..no screen orientation options... Paid version is a joke!! Back to BSplayer.
