Yet another Roger's debacle. Do not subscribe to Sportsnet World for online access only unless you're using the website, and even that has problems. This app constantly stops streaming ... So brutal, it hasn't been updated in forever, they just don't care - save your money and go with BeIn if you're desperate for soccer.

Once again, this app isn't working. Once again, the criminals at Rogers have taken my $26. We are clearly not the only ones this "server error" is affecting - and yet, nothing from Rogers. YOU ARE CHARGING ME FOR A SERVICE THAT DOES NOT WORK - WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT??

This has never been a good app - Rogers clearly doesn't care much - but at least it used to work sometimes. Now, this video-playing app no longer plays video, making it TV Guide with an ugly, clumsy interface. To make things worse, it's almost impossible to convince support there is any problem, despite the significant number of reviews here reporting the same problem.

Used this app frequently to watch games. All of a sudden I can't get a feed, it's just on a continuous buffer. Tried uninstall and reinstall, still doesn't work. Tried changing WiFi connections, still doesn't work. I'm paying a monthly membership but limited to how I can use it..please fix.

I'm a paying member with a $26 monthly charge. The app fully stopped working a few days ago. I will give it another 2 days and will cancel my membership. It is a very antic looking app and crashes often but unfortunately it is my only source for Bundesliga

Terrible that I'm paying for this service and can't even watch a game on this app, just sits there buffering. I have tried it on wifi and using my data on my phone and nothing works. Absolutely useless!

Does not work anymore!! Use to work just fine but now I can't get on the app without an error, unacceptable given the fact that service costs over $25 and were unable to use a key feature.

App is garbage... had to sign in at every use, then the app just stopped working. Sportsnet Online Support said basically they don't know what's going on.. wouldn't recommend for galaxy phones...barely works on iPad... plus the app itself is a pain to navigate and poorly designed

I have to delete and reinstall this app almost every time I use it, to get it to work. Also, if a game is live you have to watch it live... No delayed viewing option.

Doesn't support Chromecast but also recently it stops showing games... All I get is a buffering symbol. Get it together, Sportsnet!

This app is a POS. Try to log in to watch bundesliga matches and it won't let you log in, even though I use the same username and password to log into the TSN app to watch NCAA March Madness and it works. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, IT WON'T WORK!!!!

This app simply doesn't work. I wish I had paid attention to all the previous comments below. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE IT'S USELESS AND WILL FRUSTRATE YOU!

Can you help please? For the past week or so on my android device every time I try to open the app the message I consistently get is Error! Sorry the server is not available right now, please try again later... it's not worth the subscription If I can't watch it on my portable device as well as my pc,thanks

Paying $25 per month for a subscription and the games don't even even load, it's just on a constant buffer. Pathetic

Worked great for a while and all of a sudden stoped "error, server not avaiable". Been trying to fix for months now and nothing.

It buffers and doesn't connect. This is the one thing this app is for and it's a paid subscription. Pull it together please.

App is currently broken, will not open at all. Rogers' support is not providing assistance.

Worked for a while.......now just continuously shows blank screen and the buffering circle.....complete waste....do not installl....do as I have to to access SW....dig out the old Gen 1 I pad with the original app.....it still works fine!

This is horrible

This app is incredibly painful. Constantly have to keep restarting live streams for games (~once every 3 minutes), some replay streams just randomly stop for an inexplicable reason, and restarting the stream starts it at the very beginning. Although more rare, the app will just crash or be unresponsive, forcing a few (not once but a few) restarts of the app in order to get it in working order again.

Sportsnet lost the rights to Super Rugby! No email or notification to your customers, you simple pulled the plug on the coverage. Another scumbag move Rogers. I'll be glad to be done with Rogers once this subscription runs out. If you want to watch Super Rugby, TSN owns the rights now. The games are on their TSN GO app. Completely unacceptable for an expensive paid service.

Icons are super small can't even tell what team they are. Would be nice to see which league or tournament the match belongs to. Will give it FULL 5 STARS when Chromecast support is integrated. Until then, this app is useless. I do not watch sports on my phone. Only on my TV and I will never get cable. The MLS app is almost perfect for example.

"Updated March 2013" tells you everything you need to know about this app. It works for pre-recorded, on-demand games, but not for live games - it regularly signs me out, sometimes while I'm watching a game; sometimes it refuses to sign me in and I need to re-start the app. - video stops and needs to be re-started regularly. The broadcast schedule is unreliable, and entire competitions can come and go from your subscription package without any notifications.

I rather not watch my EPL games than use this app/service. I don't think I've even finished a half without it at least crashing and/or restarting once. Will definitely not get another subscription.

Won't let me sign in at all, says I cannot link my account since I have linked this device under a different email. Pure rubbish.

Was an OK app 2 years ago but hasn't been updated. This is a paid service and should be treated much better. The interface really seems out of place now with android design advances in the last few years. A higher bitrate to match the web would go a long way. Plus no android TV or Chromecast support really seem like wasted potential. I like this service but hate the lousy support.

Love the fact I can watch any match I want..... BUT why can't they create the app so it's compatible for chromecast! I've got no cable so thought this would work perfectly for that.. Just cast it over to my TV..... Very frustrating. if I could cast it's a 5 star app!

The lack of chromecast or similar casting options sucks. It's 2015 it should be standard.

Like others, I can't get past the login page even though my credentials are correct and work on a PC. When the it was working, the app is nothing special but at least I could watch the games.
