Works...mostly. It seems to exit out of a stream every few minutes and go back to the front page. Also REALLY needs Chromecast support.

Loaded the app on Nvidia Shield TV and wont go higher than 1600? Same app runs upto 3000 on Nexus 7 21013. Running the PLP website through chrome on a pc max bit rate is 4000? 15/09/15

Very poor

PLP has been a complete failure in my eyes. For a product which charges so much money they really should provide a better service. The app repeatedly kicks me off then fails to recognise login details. I then have to restart it to continue. It makes it unwatchable. Please give it back to sky after your third year!

Why complicate things when I have always watched on Tele. Perfect quailty, no lag, I cpuld record, pause and rewind as needed. .....it was perfect, so you changed it! Now if the scores arent flashed in my face before I've watched the game, I sit watching a distorted, slow lagging screen, frustrated and hating every moment! Please do not renew your rights after these 3 years are done!!

Video stops working after a few seconds, not a Internet connection issue. Screen freezes and the only way to get phone to work is to take battery out. Not a good look. Reviewed on Galaxy S5, Android 5.0.

Was fine before could watch games when ever but now it's a piece of shit won't let me play 5 seconds then it signs me out then will say my email longin doesnt exist.

It is completely unusable at the moment and I can't even open it.

it doesnt even load on to the live games page it just stays there with the picture when you start it up. I will rate 5 star if you fix this.

Found the app in general really good. Video quality was better than expected. Only thing that really annoys me is i open it up on my visit to Australia and it won't load any further than the startup splash screen. I can only assume this is to do with regional licencing but still blimmin annoying as a) i'm a nz resident on a 5 day trip to oz and b) the app gives you no message at all, it simply stalls on the splash screen. Now i have to wait to get back home to catch up

I love the idea behind this app and when it's working it's great. But it is so inconsistent when it comes to playback availability. It is now at the point that I have to Uninstall and reinstall every time I want to watch a new game. Now if I'm paying good money for plp but not getting all that was promised.....that ain't good service.

I am so fustrated with this app, can't watch any match in peace, a few secs/mins in most of the time the whole thing freezes, jumping and buffering I have to keep exiting and going to the match 100 bloody times and every time I go into it, it just cause havoc. I get so angry because I paid for this and I cant watch jack and miss out on like 3/4 of the game. Not a happy camper here

Crashes 2 seconds into game and then restarts. Asks me to login again at that point, but the credentials don't work. What a pile of poop this app is.

Samsung TV with PLP app, ultra fast fibre and the picture still freezes while the commentary continues. Picture quality average. Can watch on tablet ok but then it won't allow me to watch a second game straight afterwards. Support is useless. Last week had "this match has ended" for all the games and wouldn't play anything. Took a week to reply and told me they'd keep an eye on it. No solution.

Rubbish. Thee years of dealing with this unstable app. I have a samsung so no excuses there. You never know what you will get. So many time it freezes, doesnt load video and i have to restart. Errors messages like video is unavailable. .. but i have paid a sub to watch this video, give me what i have paid for in a way you have promised. Taking all the enjoyment of watching epl. Thanks for supplying a rubbish app that allows me to wonder if i get to watch the game each weekend. Annoyed, annoyed, frustrated, upset and more annoyed. Have i made my point.

The app is awesome. Can watch wherever and whenever i want thanks to the free trial, however when the trial is finished will i be charged without notice/secretly or will the app stop streaming videos and say the free trial is over?

This is now the only media app that I use that does not support Chromecast. Even Spotify has it...

Picture quality is poor (I have fibre and galaxy tab 3 so no excuses, other apps are crystal clear). The app crashes every 5min or so asking me to log in again. Its so frustrating. The app is not chromecast compatable, most apps are these days.

Extremely frustrating when watching live games with continuing buffering, replays are OK. I hope sky get it back!!!!

Video freezes and requires refreshed every few minutes. Destroys viewing. Terrible for a oay service, very disappointed

This android version compared to the iOS version only allows 1600kbs which just ins't high enough so the picture quality is sub par. Service works great on Desktop and iOS. Sucks on Android..

Re-installing it for the fifth time, having watched 5 matches. Every time I try to play a match it says 'PL Pass has stopped working' and the screen goes black. Great app when it works but that hardly ever happens.

Paid money for this useless app. Video plays for about 20 secs and then audio and video loops and gets stuck. Used to work OK. Tried on 2 devices with same result. Have fibre net, not a bandwidth problem. Shocking customer service. Wont be renewing subscription

This app started off abysmal and improved to a point at the end of last season where it mostly worked. This season it is just crap, drops out, stutters, stops and then jumps ahead minutes. The website is no better. Don't waste your money. The support is also useless

Videos are almost always unavailable when you try to play them. If they ever work the playbwck is choppy. No buffering so you are stuck with crap playback no matter what bitrate you select. No useful support when you call them either... All I got was 'Sorry your device doesn't work because it's not a Samsung.' Would never recommend this useless app to anyone.

Runs 100% on my Xperia z3. Also plays wonderful on my Lg G3. Only once in a while I experience a bit of lag but honestly it's nothing I feel is worth while conplaining about. Love the app and the service in general has been top notch thank you.

Horrible app, drops out of the live feed, goes back to the main menu, have tried everything to fix,the video is choppy and subscription is a rip off

Can't watch a full game with out this app crashing. Terrible app

The app worked fine for me last season, but whatever changes have been made have ruined the app. Video playback always starts at the end of the match so you need to scroll back to the start. The actual video is choppy and barely watchable. Please fix this as it was near perfect last season.

I need to Constantly Reinstall the app to sign in so icon watch it on my phone. Really really annoying.
