Don't waste your time with this one. Only a handful of shows load, and the only one I'm interested in isn't one of them. So disappointing!

Can't even read the provider names because they are so small. Forced landscape, horrible app description and details in the play store. Do it right or don't do it please.

Only dish or direct tv.....no cable or other network providers. ....lies...bad..just bad...ur app is a failure. ..I'd rate you as -5 if it would let me

At first, I didn't realize it was a television station at all. But with that said, it apparently isn't available on many cable or satellite providers, including my own. The commercials for all their interesting looking television shows made me very interested, and to be honest I would have paid money to be a subscriber to it anyway like I am with Hulu and Netflix. They missed out, because I'm sure other people would agree. Hopefully you guys would catch on to how people feel, and make Pivot available to all, whether it's available on their cable or satellite provider or not. Just saying.

A friend, with satellite TV, told me to watch the show Fortitude. So, I went to the Pivot TV site and found my cable company doesn't carry the Pivot Network. I put in a request through the Pivot site. I now regret that. Reading the site's FAQ indicates that people lacking the show on their provider can watch via the App. The app description mentions free with provider authentication, but doesn't specifically say that provider has to be carrying the Pivot Network. I actually found out about this requirement by reading app reviews. You see, the app wouldn't even get that far for me. On my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro, it says I'm not connected to the internet, though I am, and it kicks me out. Not only does this disappoint me about the app, but it removes any desire to watch this network's shows since I don't expect such shoddy design and misstated terms to lead to success or longevity.

Having only 5 providers supported eliminates millions of people. This app isn't worth it due to that fact alone.

As others have stated, it's not really an app for cord cutters. You have to have cable already.

Does not work with Verizon Fios. .. if you have Verizon just watch live TV using their app or use hulu plus to watch an episode from the day before

Please input "provider" info... Uh no. Auto-fail, you f***'n moron's. Oh yea yea, lemme subscribe to cable service AND use this app. Did you even think this through? You are idiots if you thought this had even the slightest chance of success. Remove the need for provider info and everything will 180° for you guys(morons) @ Pivot.

I don't think it fair to rate this app a 1 star since I can't access it without direct tv or dish. It probably works fine if you have the service but this app isn't Netflix or Hulu.

You need to have satellite membership to use this app. This is advertised on streaming services, they could really easily say this in the ad instead of wasting everyones time. Jerks.

That promotes that you embrace the cord but also covers online viewing...on hulu...and you require the cord...yeah good for you....see your closure in a year...

Had to uninstall once I saw the existing satellite provider requirement. I have neither satellite nor cable. It's disappointing that telecom is so afraid to leverage the internet. Back to Netflix and HuluPlus I go.

The advertisements on hulu mention nothing about the fact you need a dish subscription to use this. The app description fails to mention this as well.

Even though I have a subscription for cable it doesn't matter and will not let me in to yhe app.

I'm pretty sure we conceived our child during a pivot tv session. It was incredible.

My app never lets me watch more than 7 minutes of anything :-( love the idea but hate the crash

This app is only available to DirectTV and Dish customers even though it says "satellite, telco, and cable" providers.

Thought it would be like hulu or Netflix then read reviews and info says you need cable provider. At least have things that are made for app available. Just wanted to watch hit record

What no AT&T U verse I did the channel checker option put in my zip code and it came up with a local channel for me but its HD only and I don't subscribe get HD with AT&T so what's up now boo boo boo.

Useless. I don't subscribe to cable or satellite TV. Thought the point of this was to have something mobile you could watch. Nothing new. Heard of New Media? Your primary audience doesn't watch regular TV anymore. Get a clue.

Dish or direct tv subscription required. How is this "different" in any way. You are the same as any other channel that makes an app and requires a subscription. Cable and satellite are a dying breed. You hitched on to the wrong wagon Pivot. Look at Netflix and Hulu and learn something.
