AWFUL. No customer service is worse. They don't respond to any inquiries. Continually charge account and every single employee has different rules for how they can help you. So inconsistent I would be embarresed to own this application. WASTE OF MONEY

Several customers told me they only used HomeAdvisor to find a contractor, so Networx must be buying leads from them, and for small repairs the min is $18-25 for a lead your forced even if it's something you don't do, and good luck trying to get a refund, very expensive leads, and pushy salesmen to sign up with the service, and extremely hard to cancel your service, rude and degrading about cancelling, makes it almost impossible to cancel. Most customers wont answer there phone or return calls.

Worst of the worst. The service is a complete lie, also the people working there are trained to rob the customers. I fell on this lie just to lost money

I think it needs to be a little more in depth with the costumer. Like a amount they are looking to spend and when the work is to be done. Plus all costumers should have a working phone number. If not then it's a bad lead. No number no lead. That's that. Fix it. And get better ratings and happier business. Js

I've made almost 1300$ in 4 1/2months with Networx, every bad lead I've received has been credited back and has worked for my small business just a few things that hope to see improve but overall Networx got my small business moving forward, they just put you into contact with people that are looking for work it does not mean you have the job it's up to you at that point to sell yourself and your company, yes from time to time I run into people that are looking to have something done down the road but most the time they just turned out to be future work online marketing has worked great for me you just got to understand how it works and I'm really good a talking with customers and very competitive with pricing so almost every job I get I close I would definitely recommend using this company but just make sure you understand how it works first
