Zain SA

So basically this app just shows you how much you gotta pay. Nothing more nothing less. Which is useless since you get that through SMS automatically and can access it anytime you like without the need to wait forever for it to load, also works offline. Can't even count how many things are wrong with this app. Just gonna uninstall I guess.

No provider has given me an unpleasant experience like what zain give. Slow connection, small coverage, a fraud like offer. How dare they charge you SR 150 for monthly unlimited internet you cant use? Slow on the mobile, zero as a hotspot. I hope people out there be wiser. There are STC or Mobily.

Pls. Have look on STC App, They have everything on their app Including enable and disable services and what exactly users need. Pls. Develop the app as users need not for your own. Hope you soon with good updates & Thanks.

Basically, this app is a joke. Not the funny one, but the pathetic one. It takes forever to lunch, login freezes and doesn't process, and the app should be a replacable method of branch visiting but thiw is hopless! DON'T REGRET AND DOWNLOAD THIS CRAB!

The most garbage type of app.. dont u care about standards? Instead of keeping draws for bmw cars.. pls use the money to build a nice app.. learn from stc pls.. they will teach you

What is use of this app. This app is like a booklet providing all info needed about zain.This crap can't be used to subscribe to any services.

This app is working man ... who said it is not working. .. infact i disagree with those comments ... gentleman first try to patience relax your mind then proceed accordingly. .. hence, zain is one of the best service in saudia arabia .. if you've not satisfied with zain providing services.. unfortunately not only our family i approach entire community friends relations and many more ... now we all using only zain ....

I am really disappointed at Zain. Can't you develop a user-friendly app that does not crash and keeps loading every time? & BTW, even your "HELP DESK" is not very helpy. I opened a ticket regarding a problem that I am having with my SMS sending via this app and after 24 hours it was "resolved & closed" but it IS NOT RESOLVED YET! So to sum up, SHAM ON YOU

Worst application ever, I hope there was an option to give 0 stars. STC application is way better.

Can't view the information for all numbers or sims on your name, whats thebuse for a balance iconvthat doesn't show anything

يفتقر الى جميع مقومات التطبيق يوجد به فقط الاطلاع على فواتير وهذا الاطلاع لا استفيد منه والتطبيق اغلى وقته معطل وشكلة المطور يا انه فصلوه من الدوام او انه وافد ونتهت اقامة ماجددوها وشالته الجوازات

يحتاج تطوير اكثر ، الخدمات لا تعمل وخصائص التطبيق مجرد صور لا تعمل ، ولا اقدر اسحن منه ، ولا استفيد منه ، ولازم كل مره اسجل دخول مره ثانية وانتظر رسالة التحقق ، غير عملي

اتمنى اضافة تقييم موظفي خدمة العملاء 959 عند انتهاء المكالمه Bahrain Zain app is better it's better if you adobt it & get rid of this useless app. This app doesn't show the consuption od data and minutes and add instant chating with costumer services.

لا يوجد خيار الشحن لا عن طريق بطايق الشحن ولا عن طريق الفيزا او البايبال. لا يظهر لك كم تبقى من بيانات الانترنت ولا كم دقيقة مكالمات. لا يمكنك التحويل من باقة الى اخرى عن طريقه. بكل اختصار ليش متعبين نفسكم ومسوين هالتطبيق اللي ماله فائدة. يرجى منكم اضافة المميزات اللي ذكرتها فوق، وبالتوفيق.

You cannt log in ! Dont recommend this app or even Zain The worst coverage and services from Zain network I will changr to STC or Mobily

This application was not supporting tablets. So I uninstalled this. But yesterday unfortunately, again I installed this Zain apk.and checked. What a wonder? Now this works without any problem. Really it is very useful for the customers. Thanks a lot to ZAIN.

The process of lunching takes for ever and then says failure haha.. And I also have to lough how Zain describes this app as no other apps can have functions as this one haha.. Device not recognise. Waste of time. U guys need to work serious ly on improving the app. Make it user friendly. Cant beleive that customer had to tell the company how to make an app. Hire some skillfull dude to do it for you guys

It says couldn't authorize the device and then quits. Rubbish app from a well known network

Don't install this. It's a waste of time and Internet. It's merely an advertisement app for zain. If you try to log in on any of its options u get " no such number exists لا تنزل هذا التطبيق مضيعه للوقت و الانترنت. مجرد تطبيق اعلاني و دعايات لزين. و اذا حاولت تسجل دخول بيعطيك " الرقم غير موجود" حتى لو اخترت تعرف على الرقم تلقائيا

Never ever purchase zain internet or data Guys its my advise on behalf of my personal experience to all of peoples who is going or planing to get internet packages or sim for zain internet. It's west of time and money As well .

Make a case study of Virgin mobile for a start. It has everything in 1 app. Even there promotions is a separate small and banner which doesn't hijack the whole phone. Please improve on it.

Don't waste your time

The app needs an update to solve some problems and add few features 1- control all my lines using the app 2- active data plan from the app 3- keep the login automatically 4- fix when the app can't open some time's

What is this message coming at the start. Shame on Zain to be called as Communication company. They are unable to develop even a App for their customers.
