Doesn't support SSO authentication. Cannot use it with my employer. Please add SSO authentication support. Application cannot be used and is useless without it.

I can pull up tasks but I can't get work orders. Not sure if it's in the settings or my PDF reader...

UPDATE: 1.5.2017. Looks like the save for later is fixed by a little sliding switch with a pop-up message that reminds you to go back and submit for approval. PDFs and screenshots can now be easily added to expenses. UPDATE 10.30.2017. What the hey! Why did you take away the 'Save for Later' option?! We do expense reports on the go and then submit later. Bring it back! For nothing more than doing expense reports it works fine. More efficient than computer based. I see that a feature is coming to allow attachments from ones picture gallery? Many expenses are PDFs or screenshots. Also a big pain is when you go to put in the dollar amount, it reads $0.00. You have to erase this and start over. It should be blank and as you enter digits have the decimal added automatically like most bank apps.

The app would never open for me.

NetSuite does so much, it's hard to make a mobile app that does everything everyone wants in a mobile app. That being said it works pretty well for our maintenance crew who responds to cases remotely. I don't really use it at all, I prefer the power of the full site in Chrome on my phone. I find the app feels very slow, some sort of pre caching would be great. iOS version has push notifications and could be a useful feature on Android.

So I take pics if receipts, add category and amount, and then when I try to generate an expense report, it asks me to input the amount ts again??? Clearly nobody understands the meaning of user experience... This is basic stuff... Seriously, you guys need to wake up... Usability on this app is terrible....

Evidently this app gets no love from Oracle. You'd think Oracle would know how to display a data table on a mobile device in 2017.

Absolutely useless. Can't log in with an admin or full access role, can't pull up financial reports, search function is awful, not user friendly at all.

Can't even get past the log in page, just gives me a big tick and never loads - tried everything but haven't got anywhere - literally useless

It seems straightforward. I'd like to be able to select a default home screen. And fingerprint verification or save password would be nice! My phone already has security layers. I want access quickly!

A good start, but missing a key component - I have SAML configured roles and no way to access them through the app. Is there a plan to introduce an SSO configuration item? Are you planning to launch a mobile site for SSO compatibility? Thanks

Not user friendly. Can't do basic searches to look up the only information I really need

No SSO support means that the app isn't accessible for our company. They built the app, but forgot the login screen ...

Everytime I log in, the application tells me its not able to make a secure connection, and will not let me proceed, or see any functions. This is a real inconvenience, being as this is how I clock in my hours for work.

It doesn't give me an option to register. It only requires a log in which doesn't recognise my details.

It doesn't support my OPPO phone.

Netsuite mobile is next to useless. If I'm taking a picture of receipts and entering the amounts when these pictures were taken, I'd expecte the amounts to be included when I add them to a report. Instead, I'm asked to enter the amounts again, and there are just no easy ways to see those pictures. Then, I'd have to reference the actual receipts to enter the amount. Yup, next to useless.

If my office doesn't require me install this i wouldn't have use this app. It would not even start in my F1S Oppo. What a fail app. Totally dissapointed.

Terrible - unusable. Multiple issues including unable to search in the global search bar. On the road unable to find contact information for clients. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a callback on a support case. Moving on, uninstalling. Awful app, terrible customer service.

Not sure why the android app is completely different from the ios version. A colleague can see saved reports on the ios app but in my android app, I can't see any of them. Makes no sense to make the app completely different for the 2 platforms

All I want to do is submit expense reports, I can enter them but not submit them.

This app is the worst. It worked OK until the last update, but now crashes anytime I move beyond loging in. Trying to add orders or manage my stuff is the point of this, and it makes it harder to log in to the full website on my phone to do what I need to do.

Slick app that gives me the on-the-go access I need to netsuite.

This app has way less features and integration than the iPhone app.

I sometimes wonder who makes the apps. In this case they totally missed the purpose. Why is so easy to manage expenses in Smart Receipts app and why I have to spend 30 minutes on this app and cannot add a receipt anyway. There is nothing logical and user friendly on this app.

The app is complete anti-userfriendly. It's unwieldy to use when you're trying to do work on the go. Whoever designed it needs to learn how to streamline processes.

It appears you can't attach an image from your gallery. Would be great to grab an uber screenshot and attach it to the line item.

Constantly tells me incorrect password for the app. On desktop it works fine.

Why doesn't the user interface have the same options as the iOS app. Very disappointing.

This app is so basic that it's next to useless. None of the views or reports I need to see are available through this app.

Doesn't even work. Can't do expense reports, app is slow, clunky, and crashes often. Too bad, really wish this worked so i could do expense reports on the road!
