SMS Delivery

Needs a map view of pending deliveries and an option to either only manually update the current route or a longer duration between auto updates. Updating the route every single time I turn to it is very time consuming. Also, the ability for the store to send push notifications would be amazing. If a rush delivery comes in, the store should be able to notify drivers through the app.

I have to restart the app every time I minimize it or leave it.

What this app needs is a way for drivers to see all pending deliveries on a map so that we can plan our deliveries for the day. Currently the only way to do this is to mark them all in-transit which sends an automated email to the customer that their order is now in transit. This upsets some customers when they get this email in the morning, but their order is not actually in transit and delivered until the end of the day.

What would be great is that EA went paperless too where we use our phone to get recipient's signatures or some type of tablet that uploads and downloads data from store. recipient's signature would be stored on the tablet device until driver gets back to store then it sends that recipient's signature to the POS system. That way you can just look up customer info from POS and see everything from the order to signature. Yet still have a ticket just in case.

My owner has six stores and it would be ideal if the app could have a drop box to move from store to store, seeing as I drive for two of her stores, as well as customer service. This is a feature much needed and its probably a binary code fix.

Constant issues. Doesn't work on some phones. Error messages.

Please... change it so when we log in... it goes right to "my route" instead of pending!

Have used this app for a year with minor glitches from time to time. Latest update to allow multiple stores great. Last three weeks have been terrible. This app has a mind of its own now. Going back to mapit.

Multiple deliveries map within the app to the coast of Africa every single week, usually several days in a row. No reason or rhyme to it. Plus, if I leave My Route screen for any reason - even while remaining in the app - it refreshes every single time. That's very time consuming in the end.

I run 3 stores and have 3 drivers. The app won't let us move between stores. I see this is in store for a future update. Can you please make that happen sooner rather than later?

App works great except it can only be used at one store. I drive for multiple stores and can only use the app for one

I've been using this app for about a month month and a half now absolutely love it works perfect except for one thing I work for multiple stores so an update would be greatly appreciated where we just sign in with the pen and are four digit code and would work at any store

I don't know how to login. Neither does the franchisee. I need some help logging in.

Out of 19 pre-V Day deliveries, only 2 addresses within the app's map were not mapping to where the prime meridian & equator cross. Those that map that way always give a 'Location Not Verified' msg if the map button is selected while arrangement is still in Pending section. Fix this please. Time consuming.

Thank you for the response. A pending deliveries map view would be very beneficial to drivers in the morning. Another convenient feature would be an overlay of all pending deliveries on the current route map. The markers could be in a different color, like blue; This way drivers can see where they are, where they're going, and where they're expected to be later, all in one place. Few clicks, more info, and better planning as the orders roll in.

Is good but has potential to be great. Biggest downer is that it doesn't work with multiple stores. Several of our drivers deliver for multiple locations. Including myself when needed. A few of the other features need little work as well.

New phone. After install can't open unless I keep download open! Not happy!

U can only use in one store n I work for two different store

Love that I can now see what's pending w/o depending on a call. But hate that it has such a comm issue with GMaps. When using the green button for directions from the app, I either get left with a middle of the road destination point, or a whole block of bldg/add #s. But if I enter the info man into GMaps, It takes me straight to it, with either "on left" or "on right".

I love the app but there are indeed some minor bugs and issues that need to be looked into.. The app crashes everytime I reopen it after it's been minimized.. For instance if I go to Maps from the app then try to go back to the app, it will crash. This began happening after the update. Also if you navigate to an address from the app sometimes the app will navigate you to a range instead of the exact address.. For instance if the intended address is 571 Maple Rd, the app will navigate you to 550-580 Maple Rd

It's better than the old one. It works great i like it. It is easy to use
