About xControl

Easily control your Insteon devices. List all of your Insteon devices and hit on/off button or use slider to adjust accordingly.

Some Feature Highlights:
- Control Lighting
- Control Scenes
- Enable/Disable, run programs
- Check Sensors
- Local and Remote control (including ISY Portal)

Currently requires an ISY controller and you need the ip/dns and port number. xControl will then automatically load all your Insteon devices and create a button with a slider for each device. Currently this works best for lighting control.

This list view makes it easy to see which lights are on or off. You can then turn them on or off or to a specific level with the slider.

Swipe between favorites, lights or scenes.

Works across all platforms for a consistent UI look and feel.

Future features will include new themes, auto-discovery and more. Check website for details.

Version 1.5.6
-----------
Added some more help messages when favorites are blank.

Version 1.5.5
-----------
Fixed sensor switch to turn on when the sensor is actually on not just display the message "on"
Improved status updates.
Fixed sliders so they don't jump while sliding and updating.
Made some performance enhancements.
When adding a device they are now alphabetically sorted.

Version 1.5.4
-----------
Fixed issue on Android where the scene border wasn't turning yellow when pressed.
Changed the slider handle to be silver and bigger for better control.

Version 1.5.3
-----------
Performance Improvements
Switches now show the message associated with them and not the dimmer. i.e. locked, on, off, etc
Added a yellow border for on to make them look more distinguished.
Fixed an issue with the data load from ISY where some of the devices weren't going into the correct categories.
Added an options menu with the option to disable the view scrolling feature.
Flash a yellow border around the scene buttons when pressed on/off

Version 1.5.2
-----------
Other UI elements now refresh after scenes are turned on/off or programs are run.
Programs in right menu now shows all folders and the programs underneath them even if they're nested folders(it does flatten the structure).

Version 1.5.1
-----------
IMPORTANT: Please remove the app and re-install. There were some deeper changes that had to be made for some of the following fixes.

Added a sensor view
Added devices that are sensors to the sensor view when querying an ISY
Dimmers, switches and sensors have their own templates
Fixed issue when existing folders could not be removed after being added (Might require a remove of the app and re-install)
Moved programs onto the right menu and made them generic for more of a setup look
Added runThen and runElse buttons for programs.
Programs can now be added like any other device into any folder (run is assumed for now).
Android won't auto focus now and bring up the keyboard to search each time on the Edit Mode views.
Android Exit button is now fixed.
Fixed a few crashing issues when going between menus.

Works well after set up. I wish the sliders could be buttons on devices that are only On/Off.
