About Smart Buddy
The Smart Buddy programme allows parents to pre-set their child’s daily allowance and monitor spending/savings conveniently with this app. With the Smart Buddy watch, the child will be able to make payments at the school bookshop, canteen and selected merchants outside of school. The watch also doubles as a fitness tracker and you can view the child’s fitness activity in this app.

For all the people that complain you can't sync the watch to your app, you do know that you need to turn on your phone's Bluetooth right? The watch will auto sync the date and time.

One of the worst app I seen. Can't even sync the information to watch, Bluetooth features does not work, no user guide, can't even activate the smart chip. Extremely poor execution and destroy the expectations of the young kids.

Stupid app tells me my card is invalid after keyin the OTP. Then an SMS is received indicating the card has been activating. Wake your programmers up! Edit : its working now. Thanks.

Could not activate the smart chip even after several attempts. There's nothing in the instructions booklet that tells you how to use the watch e.g setting the time on the watch. Really regret signing up for this.

Doesn't even go past the loading page. Then gives me a 404 page not found error.

Doesn't even sync properly. The device was matched. You can see the device on app and even when you place it right next to the phone, it just won't sync. Checked my phone and it says paired with Bluetooth on.
