Vault-Hide SMS, Pics & Videos

This app is "ok". You can get many of the same features out of other apps. If you just need app lock or to hide a couple photos or videos, CM Security Master will do (it's free). The one great thing about Vault is that the data encrypts on your phone and the cloud storage AND you can hide the Vault app. I'm sure there are other apps that do that for free also. BUT, with this app, the very best thing is the 1TB cloud storage (encrypted). I paid about $20 for the entire year, which is excellent pricing for that much storage. If anything could be better about Vault, I would say it needs to give you an option for saving the encrypted data to SD Card instead of putting it on phone storage. I have a few gigs of stuff I would LIKE to hide, but can't because that space simply isn't available on my phone storage. I have a 256GB SD Card though, so again, Vault would be much better if it allowed you to store content on SD Card versus your phone storage. But I give the app 3/5 stars overall. It's a great effort.

I don't know if it's buggy or what but: 1. After activating it and locking an app to test it, after clicking on the locked app, it showed it for like 3/4 of a second. And when I tried to enter the password, it lagged or something so much it definitely felt like it was at least a whole second or two showing the locked app in plain view, and then after it lagged or whatever, the fake crash screen popped up. The fake crash screen also isn't how it looks on Android, so anyone who's familiar with Android would probably notice it. It also lags when I type in the password wrong. On top of that, it adds the camera shutter sound so it's even more obvious. Even more on top of that, there's an ad about disguising an app before even getting past the lock screen of this app, it was either in the app or the locked app when you type in the password.

I'm already tolding that Mr John Please give me premium version for some time. Mr John I sent a mail u check & give me premium version of vault aap. That I can do lock

I have had this app for 3 years or more, I've been a premium member the whole time. I recently bought a new phone and attempted to syn my phone for transfer, I did not have the option as was displayed in the hhelp section. I contacted customer service via email and that was almost 10.days ago. Since then I have received multiple responses, all asking for the same info, I keep sendinf the same info back. The last email had quite a "tone to it from customer service, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE PREMIUM ACCESS , even though I paid for it. Beyond frustrated and disappointed at this point.

I've had this app for years but since I've changed to a Samsung S8 I've been having problems. Photo files I have imported to my phone will not import back to the vault. An error message says some photos were unable to import but when I check the DCIM album none have imported back to the vault, they just sit in the DCIM file unable to move. Also the DCIM file doesn't appear if I want to add files to my Samsung Secure Folder.

Need to be able to transfer files from one phone to another easily. And have the password recovery. Maybe they do it now. But it is good. The only thing I noticed is that it automatically backed everything up with pictures and videos that weren't important. I hope they don't overwrite what I want to keep.

I want to access premium features and i must buy rm4 every month.. That was previous years.. But now, probably a week I must buy rm4 to get premium features, but still vault says 'buy rm4 for 1 month premium features' even every week I was notified to buy rm4 for this.. Waste of my money.. I have enjoyed premium features before.

Worst app, There is no privacy in uninstalling of this app.any person can uninstall this app without unlock it. Why it doesn't ask about password while uninstalling it at device adminitration. To solve this problem we have to lock settings also

Dear sir I am using your application from many days but unfortunately I am facing a problem in my application that I hide some of my photo but after update I found that there was no any photos in my photo folder in vault application.  I in problem sir because these photos are very precious.  Kindly tell me that how I can recover my photo of vault.. I shall be thankful to you. 

Maybe you guys didn't understand what I meant. I know you can import your videos and pics to vault. But I shouldn't have to keep doing it over and over again because the vault exports them back into my media. Library. That's not good

Sir. The app is just amazing. But i am facing a problem. I am using camouflage lock on my whatsaap and i give fake vault pasword to my friend. Bt it is not opening the fake vault It just opening the real one Please fix it.

This app very good. Very easy to hide any photos & video. It's rely good, I like it. I give it 5 star..

I tried it on my samsung galaxy s5, using android 6.0. Was impressed at first, but after i exit the app or restart the phone it brings back everything into the gallary. Developers need to fix it.

The fact that you can no longer hide text messages without an ugly, bug-infested third party sms app makes Vault obsolete. There's plenty of other apps for hiding pictures. You've lost a premium member, sorry.

They fixed this app and I must say its. Great I love this app who ever reading this you need to try this I'm sure you will like it to keep up the good work thank you for making it better

Its good.. But its not hide Chat in samsung mobile.. The hide Contact message shows in Outside Message inbox.. Pls fix this Issue.

It's not that safe anymore when everytime being asked for confirmation to exit the app. If phone left for awhile and it goes off sceen & on screen again the app does not log out itself which left the vault unlocked, vulnerable & accessible by others..

Using unlock feature from fingerprint is good in this app. But it is not useful when are you using dual app phone, only apply lock to first app. Not duplicate app.

I had it on my screen but by mistake I activated the Stealth mode, now it has disappeared and I don't know how to bring the icon back on my home screen. Please help

dear Developer i found one silly problm. i upload some pics in cloud and now i don't want that pics to b in cloud so i tried to search for delete option for cloud but i couldn't find please Fix this issue...

I have used this app and hide some pictures and other data but then I need to transfer these files back into my phone but these files can't transfer!! I'm so worried about my personal data

Stealth mode management is poor. The other functionality is ok. Lousy app. Lost my data as it was in stealth mode. Used NQ calculator as well. It doesn't respond on putting password and =. Immediately remove your Important data and people should uninstall.

I had given u 5 star... But sorry ur aap lock is not working. It works when i open vault for just few times

It's not good app coz I had hidden my pics and video today I want to watch it then it's not available in hidden box. Then today I am very sad..

Seriously I wanted my privacy to be locked up so I downloaded this app...and till now it not working out..it locks for some minutes and it opens by it self...u better do something about it. U said it protects privacy so why then is it not work...am waiting for ur reply...thx

Best security app. I'd appreciate it more if you can add features like "favourite" and also if you can make it easier to scroll through thousands of photos

I hidden some videos bt now i can't access on it by the volt app.Its just shows loading and some time letter crashes.And also i can't hide any file by it..i need my files back.!! The volt encrypted folder not deleted from my phone..

love this aap. I would rate this aap one of the best aap. This if the stealth feature and pattern as a passward feature were included in the free mode, then this aap was the best app.

Its working..but why encrypted file store in internal memory only. If it can store vaulted file in external memory then i will give 5 star(1 star for making a attention☺

I want this to finally hide my apps like the way it hide pictures and videos... I love using this app but please do something so that it can hide apps not lock apps

Saves a lot of trouble. I no longer worry when someone starts using my phone. I have VAULTED 'EM ALL!

Guys this app is good but i just lost all my pictures and videos even after the upgrade i cant see them please bring them back asap!!!.

Very good app with lots of features. Also it does not occupy more storage space. Loved it.

Not good When i change my vault password and after changing my password a re encrypting process started and near about my 2000 photo has been disappear.

Superb application I never seen before but to upgrade and to enjoy premium addition, but I can't hide the app every time iam going to hide asking to upgrade and to pay please fix and make it as non payment

I've been using this app for last 3 years. Last week this app misbehaved. I can't open the app or even uninstall it.
