Contacts Backup & Restore

I only looked at the 4 star rating Should read a few. As Others have stated app crashes while syncing before or during syncs shuts down. Was so hoping it was a keeper. Oh well back to the drawing board!!!

Thank you so much for nice apps. 2 years ago I used this app, Than I changed my phone and downloaded another apps for back up. Today I try to restore from that app, I was failed . I thought I lost all of my contacts. Than I found this app on my laptop where I was last backed up. when I entered my login details, I've got all my contacts. Thank you very much.

It is good app .yu have giving the contacts and backups app having strucking some times it didn't open and open the app taking so much time. You have to improve the app and add more features in it .Immediately rectify the mistakes and In future don't repeat it again.

I've tried to login many times, but the app shows, netqin has stopped unfortunately and crashes down. I have lost my important contacts.

Contacts might be backed up but do not show online. Their site either does not load or is unbelievably slow. They never respond to help requests. Too unreliable to trust my data to.

Simply fails in Android 5 and above.. Don't waste your time downloading... Developers have refused to upgrade... Stupid app I can't restore my contacts

..Must fix permission settings in marshmallow.. app crashes due to some silly permissions.. sent a mail with screenshot of the errors.. otherwise great support thanks

I seldom review apps but I have to leave one for this lifesaver than to go through the more tedious process of transfer via iCloud to gmail ????

Writing this review finding time from my busy schedule. Never thought you would keep contacts. Just lost all my contacts and remembered syncing them with this app. I was totally surprised when i saw all my contacts restored! Thanks a lot guys amazing app! Plz keep contacts forever synced on your server for us! You are a life saver!

5 star is the least I can give to this app. I lost a contact and I couldn't find it anywhere. I checked all I could but find. But finally I found the no in the deleted section of the portal of this app and I realise every no I have ever had in life is saved in the deleted section on their servers. Which everyone can easily access.. A must install app for everyone .. Highly recommended

Hi! tried this app in the hope that i will be able to transfer my contacts from another phone to my android phone. But it does not have the option for this task. It only gives an option to import existing contacts frm the phone itself. So how is it "cross platform import". Quite disappointing.

Well had this app on my iphone, just a pitty they dont call them the same bloody name. Shame im unable to login though, can inly loggin via wifi shame. 5 stars mind because its the best out there

Brilliant! Downloaded this app ages ago and thought no more about it. Today I traded my Galaxy S3 for HTC One M8. Shock horror!!! My contacts weren't all on my SIM card. Thankfully, this app was all I needed. Would recommend this 100%!

Will not login from my new phone. Android. ZTE Max w/metro PCs. The other backup restored and added all my Facebook contacts as well. Don't need that. Hundreds of contacts that I don't need or want. Its all screwed up

Older versions of Android had ways of importing and exporting contacts that didn't involve using your Gmail account. So Google has copies of every contact on every Android phone out there. Does this make anybody else nervous? I'm not saying google has the nefarious intentions but absolute power corrupts absolutely. This gives you back control of who has your contact list. Did the job very nicely on my samsung. THANKS

PlZ fix this bug asap.. I need to restore my contacts. No doubt I've using this app from last 3years without any hassle.. but this time it respond very annoying.

Asked netqin twice. It's been many months with never a response and it still doesn't work with yet another Samsung. it's a shame. Good app and a lot of my contacts are tired up in it. App just "stops working"

Contacts mismatched. One contacts number renamed by others. Used to work perfectly before. Using it since 2009 on Symbian.. Faced problem the very first time. Fix for 5.

I have tried several times to login but it's not allowing me to do so. I had the app before on my phone but since I downloaded the phone new software it does not work anymore.! Can you please look into this matter and fix it or give me an alternative way to restore all my contact on my phone.

So much hassle to get it going Finally I activate the account then doesn't recognised my PW trying to reset it wouldn't accept the code So how it is suppose to work and be trusted?

Galaxy S4. registered immediately asks to backup. Selected yes and 'netqin sync has stopped'. Tried several times. . Uninstalled. .

Awesome! I have one small suggestion though. Allow users to back up the email addresses to a CSV file so that users could transfer emails not only between devices but email accounts as well.

I had back up my contact on this but on new moto g2 its not working not even I can login or sign up .I can't restore contacts now.please fix the issues.

Installed this on galaxy note 2 and backed up contacts no problem. Tried to install on galaxy s but said not compatible with this device. Defeats the object really! Email address for developer bounces! Lmbo!

I love it! It's freaking awesome! Within maybe two minutes I moved all of my contacts from the address book on my iPhone to my new Samsung Galaxy s5. I don't know how they do it, but download this thing if you need to move contacts!!! It's amazing!! And hey, it's freaking free!!!! You can't beat free!!!!!

I started using this app 5 years ago on a symbian Nokia phone. I have used many phones and lost many phones , but thanks to this app I never loose contact. :)

The app has stopped working on my galaxy s6 - cannot login and error says it has stopped. Tried uninstalling and rebooting and still doesn't work. Help!

Crashes on every login attempt, and contacts were not backed up to the site as claimed. Stay away if you don't want to lose anything. They obviously don't know what they are doing and completely fail as a sub par development team. I'm infuriated that their service made me lose many of my important contacts. Not that hard to make an app to save a bunch of names and numbers. Can't believe they failed at such a simple task. Complete failure.

Hi I am using this app from last 5years netqin antivirus then netqin sync but now I am going to sign in that says unfortunately netqin sync has stopped my all contacts are in the netqin cloud but it's not work in my mobile what I can do plz tell me what is the solution plz fix this problem

Gets crashed quite often, while trying to log in the app. It was not so, in my earlier mobile. Need to sort out the bug asap.
