Does not sync with your treadmills, forcing me to have to log workouts manually (which is sad considering your treadmills require that devices remain discoverable even when paired, meaning you don't understand how Bluetooth works). Also does not fully integrate with MyFitnessPal, forcing me to have to manually enter workouts in MFP too. However, True will pull entries from MFP, causing double entries that can't be edited or deleted. Since I'm having to manually log workouts anyway, I'm sticking with MFP.

If you use the Xcapture feature they email a confirmation whether you like it or not. Huge oversight that support acknowledged they were aware of. Not sure this is even legal under the Can Spam Act of 2003. They should fix this TODAY!

The app says it will sync with my fitness pal but won't. Says Error providing service link? Please fix this or remove MFP from the list. Actually it won't sync with anything! WT HELL!

I've been fairly happy with this app until recently. It works pretty well most of the time and is pretty accurate at calculating how many calories you burn per activity when you add a workout manually. However, I am frustrated with it as of late because of the xCapture feature. My most recent workout, for some reason, decided that I did 6.33 miles instead of 9.39 miles (weird) and there is no way to delete or edit an xCaptured workout. There is almost no help section whatsoever in the app and web searches turn up nothing. Now I'm stuck with inaccurate statistics. It also kind of annoys me that when I xCapture, it never records my heart rate, even though its obviously displayed on the screen. I've been using 2 apps to track my fitness since I began working out, and I think this might be the beginning of the end for me with this app, even though all of my gym's machines are TRUE. Disappointing.

Downloaded because the gym's machines are True Fitness.... I have to manually choose my location every time I add a workout. It should be stored in my profile. When I manually add a workout and choose the activity, the exercise is stored as 'manual entry' (on yesterday's date (USA time zone even though I choose Australia). I haven't been able to sync the gym machine's exercise summary to my app, hence why I do it manually. And my 1st ten workouts disappeared from my exercise log. I'm frustrated.
