Fitwatchr for Fitbit

Activity point syncing is the main reason I got this app. It's not working. It tracks with fitbit, but registers no activity points with over 45 minutes of exercise.

Useless. I was told that this app calculated WW Points for you. It does not. The main reason for getting this app, and it doesn't do what it said it's supposed to do.

Sometimes it works flawlessly, sometimes it just says over and over try again later. There is no help or explanation and so far it doesn't work when this happens unless I disconnect it from my fitbit account. *Updated to say that the developers are wonderful! They contacted me to help with the lack of syncing and while they currently can't fix the problem, they said it would be something they would address. Basically the app can't sync between multiple devices currently, but hopefully it will in the future.

This is one of the best apps I've spent money on! The data it provides is exactly what I have needed for a very long time! Easy to use and understand.

I updated the app and it no longer allows me to log in. The app is currently unusable. UPDATE: It's back to working; fixed my rating to reflect. Thank you.

This app makes exercise points on WW so easy. Great find!

The app is constantly asking me to login and resync. Can netkosoft help?

The baseline calories in the app don't match Fitbit (or any other reliable source that calculates baseline calories). My Fitbit baseline is 2,184 calories. When I first opened Fitwatchr this morning, they were 2,641. Later on in the day, they changed to 2,978. Now they're back to 2,641. And briefly in between, they were 0. I emailed the developer this afternoon, but didn't get a response.

The app was great until a few days ago. I am no longer able to sync my activity to my WW app.

Suddenly unable to sync with WW. It takes you to WW sign in page. When you sign in, message box pops up: having trouble. Try again later. I've BEEN TRYING FOR 4 DAYS!!!

The "log points" directs me to the US WW site, I've made sure my settings in fitbit are UK several times. It's not too much more of a faff to go to the WW app to enter points manually, but would be nice if it worked.

Perfect for Fitbit and Weight Watchers users. Gives me WW points as well as the majority of the Fitbit stats I wanted! Ignore the other comments, logging points to the country works great.

This App had so much potential. My fitbit profile is set to Canada but I am only ever redirected to the weight watchers US login. So frustrating!

Easily converts my fitbit activity to activity points. Great customer service!! Thank you for all your help and for creating this app!!

Did nothing I wanted it to, I can calculate my points by hand just as easy. Waste of money!!

Program does not function correctly..will not convert to WW ..emailed company ..no response at this point.. :(

Didn't feel it was accurate

Not really liking this app. I bought it because I assumed it would automatically figure activity points out instead of having to manually add them. I wish I would have researched it more.

This is one of the best apps I've spent money on! The data it provides is exactly what I have needed for a very long time! Easy to use and understand.

I'm counting points without paying for Weight Watchers and this app is great motivation to make me move more throughout my day. I'm skeptical of the points conversions, so I transfer half of the points to activity points. Just personal preference.

This app is fantastic. I was against the idea of the WW Activity Link but now I have no need. Also, the developer is one of the most responsive I've ever worked with. As soon as he was alerted to the problem, he made the necessary changes and the app is great. Must have app. Keep the great product coming!!!

New updates make this product spot on! For anyone doing Weight Watchers, this is a must, now we get the best of the Fitbit/details with the points like Activelink provides. Thank you!!!

Awesome app! Working moms are active all day, not just when working out. This app helps me really use my normal day as extra motivation. Excellent!

Have a Fitbit and doing Weight Watchers ? Then this is a must have app. Does exactly what it says. Of course one must manually enter the activity points in the WW mobile site or app but this is because WW doesn't have an API so Fitwatchr cannot do this automatically.
