Mint Bills: Bill Pay & Money

Not a reliable bill paying tool for several reasons. 1) Misses easy to add and important capabilities such as adding nicknames. 2) Doesn't prompt user that a bill login doesn't work. My water bill was due but the app never reported that the login failed until I queried the bill manually. 3) Desperately needs a "bill minder calendar" that makes sure that bills get paid - a monthly bill list that the application checks against. This is a toy at best but not something you can rely on to make sure your bills get paid.

Omg so glad I found this app!! Was struggling before to keep track of all my bills and this app asked me to track everything in one place, notifies me when bills are due, keeps everything current for me in one place. Awesome!!!

Have used this app for a very long time. As of yesterday, it signed me out and won't allow me back in. Resetting the password is a never ending cycle that ends up locking the account up for 15 minutes, never allowing me to actually sign in. It says my password is reset but when I put the password in, it says it's wrong..... I JUST RESET THE DANG THING! HOW IN THE HECK CAN IT BE WRONG?! I've used the website and the app, same issue either way. I'm not the only one with this issue from what I read.

Needs date under scheduled date. The app rarely tells you in a noticeable way if an account needs to be "updated" (it just asks for the cc number or something random)... But shows "no payments due" until you find out it hasn't updated in weeks.. N you're late... Happened again, now my APR shot up. N they are offering me a 0%apr card.. Wow. Coincidence? It's been over a Year and BCU bank still doesn't work... 5/13/16 now the app just refreshes every 5seconds without actually updating content..?

Great tool that organizes your finances and keeps you in your budgets easy. Never worry again about overspending or overdraft!

The improvements are good. Helpful especially the reminder. I recommend this for everyone. It does need more bill pay companies or the ability to create them.

I recently attempted using Mint Bills to make a simple payment to a major home security service. I was reluctant at first because of the time it takes for payments to arrive. Nevertheless, I used the service and much to my shock, they lost my payment! When I noticed that the money had been deducted from my account but the payee hadn't received payment, I immediately contacted Mint Bills for assistance. I keep getting the run around from them and the situation remains unresolved. User Beware!

Because it is so easy to pay my bills on time using this app I no longer ever pay late fees. Thanks Mint!

This app has been great for helping me keep track of bills and paying on time. I only dislike that it is very slow to update

My only complaint is that right after I pay a bill it comes back into my queue saying that it's due in 3 weeks. I want it to say "All bills have been paid for this month!" Can you guys make that happen?

There's no reason this needs to be separate from the main Mint app. That's dumb AF

My financial institution is not available, and several of my utility providers and billers are unavailable. That said, only a portion of the overview needed and capabilities are accessible. Still more manual inputting than expected. Also, since the change to Mint, bill reminders are sent out way too far in advance and the app isn't really capturing payments that have been made.

Love the app. Keeps track of everything..I like the fact that I dont have to go to each separate account individually to put in a password. Helps me keep track of everything while keeping me on track. Havent had any issues. Couldnt add one of my banks, but I just think that is because that particular bank wont allow it. I just have one question...I wonder what is security measures to make sure none of our information is stolen?

CAN you please show the difference of income vs. Outcome/ bills. I don't want to download the other mint app to figure it out.

It told me my credit card had a higher interest rate than average and then tried to get me to apply for the EXACT SAME CREDIT CARD. Hard to trust their suggestions after that

I have been using it for a couple of months. Today I had to log in again when I logged in everything was gone. I have no bill and no history of them. Worthless!

I have been using this app for over a year and would be lost without it. Sure there are some bills you have to track manually but overall, I love it.

Used to love it. Now it's all but useless. No longer supports my bank, AT&T, or 2 of my credit cards. App blames all this on the providers, may be true, but still hampers it's functionality. Accounts update very slowly if ever as well.

Love it! Use it everyday... but PLEASE update it to an android tablet app that views in landscape mode. Thank you!

I love this app, BUT heaven forbid you get a new phone and need to sign in again. Even though you answer the 2453194 security questions CORRECTLY it will still say "cannot verify identity". Very frustrating.

Why doesn't this give the option to refresh things like how much money is in the bank like ever 30 minutes or something? Stupid

Goes in constant loop when asking for verification codes. Will uninstall if not corrected soon.

I was skeptical. I like Mint, but I had a lot of issues with accounts properly syncing in the past. I have to say, I'm blown away by the new service and app support. Thank you Intuit for not messing Mint up!

This time it was a 4 day outage.

This app works great for tracking and paying bills. However, it seems to stop working at every other update so the reliability leaves something to be desired. I'm hesitant to update the app now thinking I'll lose the app again

Pulled money from saving when instructed to pull from checking account. Attempted to pay bills, responded with error messages that even customer service can't figure out. Deleting this app. Poor customer service. Unfunctional app.

Logged me out and I can't log back in even though I know for sure I'm entering everything correctly.

I love this app! The only 2 things it needs is the ability to do several "cash" & "check" bills WITH a description or name & also the option to set each bill to repeat every week, month, year, one time bill, etc on its own

This would be a better app if under the Mark as paid feature you had the option to put in the amount that is paid. It would come in handy for people like me that have to split bills with other people.

Previous version had the ability to add annually recurring bills. But they removed it in the latest version. So you can't add reminder for car tab, club membership, safe deposit box fees, annual card fees, etc. Lame! Now more and more accounts are not being updated due to not keeping up with instutions' website changes.

I stopped getting notifications so I tried to log in to see what was going on but couldn't get in. I requested a password reset but the link they sent me took me to their website with no options to reset. Sent an email to customer service who responded that the issue was being worked you. That was over a week ago and still no luck. Time for a new app.

Cannot log in, standard mint works fine, hoping for a fix soon.

I cant login without having to change passwords. I've changed it four times in the past month, not including twice this morning.

For some reason I was logged out. I can't get back in to save my life!

Keeps me on time with bills, and a click of a button with no worries.

Every time I try to link my account it tells me there's a problem with my account and to try later. After a couple of days, I give up. Uninstalling. Btw..The regular version of Mint works fine so don't know why this app doesn't.

App doesn't run smoothly!

I have used this app for close to 6 years in its many versions, first as Pageonce, then Check and now Mint. As Mint, it wasn't as reliable last year. Both the app and the website were problematic at times. However, this year has so far been a great experience. I use this app nearly everyday and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a way to manage their finances and bills all in one place.

5th day trying to login with no luck. I will have to look for another app

No longer need any other financial app.... Should 5 stars
