About SymTrac™
SymTrac™ is a free app that helps people with multiple sclerosis (MS) track general wellbeing and symptoms over time. The data recorded can be viewed in easy-to-read charts and shared with MS specialist teams to enhance consultation time and support decision making.
Designed by people with MS for people with MS in collaboration with MS charities and healthcare professionals, SymTrac™ allows users to make the most of their vital consultation time by providing a valuable picture of how their MS has been since their last appointment.
The app also contains a series of exercises developed in partnership with a specialist neuro-physiotherapist, courtesy of the MS Trust.
SymTrac™ can be downloaded free from the App Store. Alternatively, a paper-based symptom tracker can be downloaded from www.symtrac.com for people who may not have a mobile device.

How do you add notes to symptoms the video says you can but no where in the app?

The app stops working every time I try to enter a symptom or anything else. I would not recommend it for a Samsung phone.

This is a fabulous idea. Who goes out without their phone these day? Using this app instead of a dairy (that if you are like me, you will probably forget) helps you to have some info to hand to show the Dr/MS Nurse for appointments. I always forget what's been going on with my symptoms from week to week.

I read about this online and downloaded straight away. I find it easy to use and have already put in my recent symptoms. I find when I go to my neurology appointments that I forget what's happened to me since my last visit. That will be a thing of the past now!

Nice and easy and straight forward especially since I am terrible at keeping a diary. I think that you should be able to highlight more than 1 body part for a particular symptom - like heaviness and weakness I feel all over but don't want to have to keep putting it in for every body part just so my MS nurse can get a clear picture. Great working progress though :-)
