its not letting me login ? when entered my credentials then it proceed me to PTmobile access requesting page and there it stuck, i can't see the buttons nor the page is scrolling... how to sort out this issue ???

You should work on keyboard it taes hell lot of tym to type....or allow the default keyboard

I'm not sure what cheap phones the complainers are using but this program opens lightning fast on my Galaxy Edge 7. Also installed this program on my cheap bare bones LG tablet and it opens very quick on it as well. Perfect for students who don't want to lug a laptop around. My only complaint is you can not zoom in on the devices to read what they are. Not very friendly for old eyes so for now I'll have to use it on my tablet.

This app is a nice companion to the desktop version that I use especially with the Bluetooth keyboard on the tablet. I also have this app on my iPhone. The biggest complaint I have as others have mentioned when using the Android version it keeps saying no internet connection even though every other app and browser on the tablet have connectivity. Again this is ONLY on the Android app. Please fix.

Upon start up, the app takes too long and force shutdowns. Please fix. It would be much appreciated.

The unit picker is cut off by the screen. Not sure if it's specific to this phone. It's impossible to read model numbers or the units on the tip and bottom.

I am not able to connect it to internet, gives error "An Internet connection is required" but i have working internet connection. Please solve this problem

Every time I start the app I get a no internet connection message. Also it's hard to use this with a touchscreen, plus the CLI keyboard and the forced landscape view don't help, either.

It's good enough in a big screen but not for smart phones below 4 inch screen.. Definitely a saver for those who are free but without a pc.

Dear Cisco, not able to sign in. I have Internet connection still It shows an error message. Kindly troubleshoot

I like this app. Use it for playing around in various network designs. However, I'll admit after updating to Android 7.0 on my Shield tablet it no longer can access the internet. All other apps work fine and Packet tracer support email doesn't respond to queries. So I can no longer use in production. Only as guest. Maybe they'll fix one day. :-P

It takes too long on first load in addition to its unstable and several unfortunately stopped message occurs please fix this

It's a good apps to practice on the go but not convenient enough as the keyboard is troublesome to type on smaller handheld device and also not supporting external keyboard.

No Internet Connection, Guest Login Only. I don't understand why I am getting this mode of login when on my home network?

This is great. I can now practice anywhere on the go. Now I just need to find the activities/labs. My big complaint is that this app tries to open audio files.

Needs better development. Can't even see the whole wheel of devices when adding a new device. Login page doesn't work, I guess it's on par for something developed by Cisco though.

For some reason it can't detect my Internet connection

I tried this app on multiple devices and each time i get the error "unable to detect Internet connection" Shame...

It always shows no internet connection detected and u will b logged in as guest even though there is full network n may b bcoz of dat I'm unable to use it's complete features..pls correct it or else give an alternative to it

Every time i try to use this app on my Galaxy S8 it tells me that there is no internet connection and that i will be logged in as guest. Happens on data and on wifi. Background data is on. Ive reinstalled several times

The app is nice, but as others have stated it takes a while to open and doesn't detect my internet connection. I wish I was able to log into my Cisco netacad account, so hopefully this is fixed soon.

Needs updating. Like others have said loading is an issue, and a problem I'm having is the inability to use saved pkt files.

It is not detecting my WiFi connection on my tablet.

Great App, There is a bug on the circle window when i want to choos the type of router or switch to add; the circle is big and out of the screen. Zooming should be smoother.
