• Hotspot Quality: Net10 WiFi not only monitors the signal strength of hotspots, but also their speed and access to the Internet. When quality issues arise, you are informed and given choices to handle them.
• Hotspots with Sign In: Most public hotspots have a "sign in" or "terms & conditions" page which you must agree to before accessing the Internet. You can use Net10 WiFi to automate many of them for you. For those that cannot be automated, you are notified so you can sign in yourself.
• Finding Hotspots: Go to the Map to view available hotspots. Download more hotspots for any area you wish by using the map commands.
• Data Usage Statistics: Keep track of how much data has been used over cellular vs WiFi through the Statistics graph in the app.

The app works just as advertised through selective suppression of Wi-Fi access. If you select too many access spots, or access spots located too close together, then you begin to defeat the purpose of this app. Just that simple.

I'm the first to admit that I do not like reading instruction manuals but wondering also if there were separate options for Wi-Fi and the actual data used by my phone. This app answered the question that yes they can be separated and yes it will save you money and make Wi-Fi more accessible in many more places and only use your data when needed so you're not charged extra and you don't have to wonder whether or not you're being charged extra. This app answered my question and serves a great purpose.
