Worst service provider. There is huge gap between what they say and what they deliver. Few area managers are not professional, they don't show the properties which are available. They show us what they want to show and NOT the ones we want to see(marked available on the app). customer support is pathetic. They only create tickets and never resolve the issues.. Stay away..
Service is the worst. Have called the customer care n number of times. Rude staff. Area manager does not turn up and switches off phones if you try to call multiple times. Internal transfer is manipulated. Definetly not recommended if you value your mental peace. Been forced to live in an apartment that is not satisfactory. Had informed the customer care about this, but they never suggested an internal transfer so that I can pay extra money and shift later.
I have seen 3 apartments today for accomodation all the apartments were good but third aprtment the guy didnt show up and his phn not reachable... one of the apartments i got to know it was not cleaned regularly from one of the person staying......now after seeing so many negative reviews I am confused wether to go for it or not
Service of nest away is just opposite to what they describe. They will show you nicest room and in app you will book nicest one. But on day of move in when you are at their door step with your whole luggage they will give filthiest room with an excuse there is malfunction in app and Only filthiest room is vacant for stay. It's a scam to earn money buy forcing tenants to stay for 6 months lock in period
The app looks to provide easy room solutions but the problems you have to face after move in are far worse. They ignore the costumer completely after recieving their security money. The area manager turns extremely rude after handing over the apartment. Kindly stay away from this app if you want a peacful move in experience.
Worst service provider ever seen . We took our rooms at Nestaway, they just show you the benefit but do not inform about any issues with the house, like water. Issuing complaints are of no use as they tell us to raise new tickets, which tends to go unanswered
This is one of worst app for searching home, if you filter it will always shows couldn't find your search. And there is clear information regarding rent, finding local broker is better than this. It doesn't deserve single star too.
No support from customer care team for internal transfer. I have personally faced it. And CC should also know the processes as well so that they can properly guide the tenants
Worst customer service I have faced . No prompt response n very poor quality of service. I won't recommend others to join .. please be aware before u step in .
Worst service ever..... Never use their service.... They show only things we want to see...they don't tell the problems.... Once you start living, you give issues....after that you can just raise tickets... No one will bother to resolve it.... I recommend you to check for water, electricity etc.. before finalising.... Mark my words!
Customer care doesn't pick call anytime. Even the contacts shared on social media don't work. The area manager never shows up and gives false information about the flats you're interested in. Pathetic customer care service.
Services in Noida are very bad , representatives are good till u see the flats and move in after that very slow response . I paid all the rent for the house and on the day of move in owner refused to let us in,after this I was provided another accommodation with compensation promises but didn't get anything promised.pathetic company Where are you looking I have raised for billing issue on move out 25 days have passed no security and update. Useless deduction will be done from security and they will not listen to your refund then.
They quote bullshit reasons for keeping your Security deposit. These cheapsters have outrightly refused to refund my deposit, even though there were no damages . I WARN YOU, DO NOT TAKE ANY HOME FROM NESTAWAY. This company is a FRAUD.
It's more than two week, still they didn't refunded my money. Customer support is very poor as they couldn't confirm about any payment issues. Everytime they need more 3-4 days. Issues in payment also.
I have never read a good review in my life about nest away, many of my friends have tried it, everybody is getting their money wasted, the customer service is more pathetic than a government branch, also I have no idea how these people so confidently are fooling such a large population anyway and also getting funded at the same time, guys do not I repeat do not waste your money on this, better give it to a broker, at least you will have a place without a million issues. This is the most unprofessional stay up of the year.
Worst service ever. Properties look amazing but I faced safety and and security concerns. They make fake promises. I want to move out of the after 1 week of shifting. Worst customer service. I hear lot of noises around the place where I stay. No proper security guard. And many guys get in to any flats at any time. I m thinking of making a police complain on this Nestaway guys. Pls Don bother staying there!
It is literally the worst service provider after move in! They just don't care about the customers after they have secured the security money! Not even a single drop of water in the house since one week and the customer care doesn't even care to respond to the request raised. They seem to resolve the request and problem by themselves without even visiting the house even once! Worst service!
Service not solved during joining pg even after submitting service request and owner takes maintenance charges in first month even when it is his duty to pay for any maintenance according to agreement there is no provision for tenent problems or money .
Worst Customer Care, fraudulent company I've ever experienced, they are charging us for the internet connection..even though only router is there with a naked wire which can not be connected directly inside a router, we haven't touched it from day 1..we have raised multiple tickets but they post the same copy pasted lines..we have registered a consumer forum complaint against them for false charging.
Service requests get stuck up everytime. And they eventually close my request without proper treatment so I have put a new service request for it.
Worst experience. I have booked a visit for my uncle and tried calling the agent Keerthi kumar as I have a query.. he didn't responded back after calling several times..
I was about to Book an Apartment from Nestaway , After reading reviews on every where on Net i am afraid and re thanking for some alternative optiins rather Nestaway .
Seems like they are not interested or does have people to manage. Once they call you after so many reminder s and then disappear

Neither the app not the website works fine. Third party payment gateway is worst, amount gets deducted and they just give lame answers like you pressed the back button while transacting and the customer care - copy paste close. Total inconvenience.
