Really Bad App. Slow, crashes, bad ui, laggy and very frustrating to use. Good design and wonderful potential but needs a lot of work.

אם את הזבל הזה היה כותב תלמיד בבי"ס עממי כפרוייקט הוא היה מקבל נכשל ובעיטה לראש. פח זה אמיתי של אפליקציה חובבנית מינוס. בושה וחרפה זבל זבל זבל שתוקע את הנייד בלי סוף.

רציתי לשבת בשירותים ולהזמין בכיף קפסולות. יותר מדי בעיות לאפליקציה של חברה שצריכה לכבד את עצמה.

Extremely slow, gets stuck. Not really usable or trustworthy.

Bad user experience. Faulty order apears instead of my original order. Will remove it asap.

The most slow app I ever used. Navigation is impossible, and can't perform the basic thing it's supposed to do - in app purchase

מעבר לזה שלוקח הרבה זמן לעבור ממסך למסך,התהליך נתקע בשלב התשלום.

מלא בגים, לא ניתן לבחור כמות רצויה, המחיר שמופיע למארז לא נכון וכו. הסרתי.

מפתיע שחברה שחרתה איכות על דגלה שחררה אפליקציה בה לא ניתן להשלים את תהליך הרכישה.

All I see is, what appears to be, the opening screen. in short, the app does not function.

There is at least one redundant screen in the order process (most people order the same every time, wht not even 1-2 click order?) And it takes ages from one screen to another.

Aftet going through all the slow order stages, I got an "internal server error" when submitting the credit card info for processing. The order needs a visual "wait" indicator when going between stages, for feedback that form was submitted and advancing to next stage.

Every step takes ages to load, submit buttons doesn't work. No indication that something should happen after click. Asked me to log in multiple times

One of the words apps I have ever used. Extremely slow and full of bugs. Bottom line - useless!

App is nice but for the last two months, there is an HTTP 500 server error with a Java exception after entering the payment details. Order is not accepted but the payment is and the credit card is debited. Have to ring the call centre to sort out the redundant payment.

This "NEW" version is not working. Dont update because it will get slower and you will not be able to order.

This is the WORST app I've used. It takes minutes to move between stages. The scroller (when choosing amount of capsules) is too gentle and it's almost impossible to choose the right amount. Then at the payment process, everything takes forever to load! During the 4th step, the payment window is unseen for a while and when it does appear and you finally manage to pay, it gives you a failure notice although you've paid (msg from visa company to approve) and you you can't know if the order was completed :(((

Unable to update my address & email, unable to proceed with the order to the payment window .

כבר כמה ימים לא מצליח לשלם, בכל פעם יש הדפסה של Java error. באמת נספרסו? זה מה שאתם מציעים ללקוחות שלכם?

גוגל בבקשה תתנו גם אפשרות לדרג מספר שלילי של כוכבים.

פעולת הזמנה נראית לי יעוד עיקרי של האפליקציה הזאת. נאלצתי לעבור לדסקטופ להשלים את ההזמנה. נראה לי כמו בעיה רצינית. לא ניתן לעדכן כתובת משלוח באמצע ההזמנה, קשה מאוד להשתמש בגלגלת מספר רצוי של שרוולים.

1. אין אפשרות לבצע עדכון פרטים אישיים. 2. אין אפשרות לבצע הזמנה על בסיס הזמנה קודמת+שינוי מה שרוצים. 3. אין אפשרות לעקוב אחרי כמות השרוולים שהזמנתי בתהליך אלא אם נכנסים לסל הקניות. פשוט אפליקציה מיותרת, שום ערך מוסף!!!

תהליך ההזמנה איטי כל כך במעברים משלב לשלב עד שנדמה שהאפליקציה פשוט תקועה. בנוסף לכך, לאחר הזנת פרטי אשראי בשלב 4, מתקבלת הודעת שגיאה מהשרת (קוד 500). אנא תקנו בהקדם האפשרי.
