Nespresso for Android
Not sure how the latest update got the go-ahead to go to customers... nothing works. All promo panels say "sorry this page is not available anymore" when you try to go to them, and the pod selection area is completely empty Update: Fixed - so now it's working, it's just let down by poor user experience. Slow to load, clumsy usability
UPDATE: After recent updates it no longer allows me to makes purchases. So now the app is basically worthless. Easy to order my coffee anywhere, anytime, what could be more convenient!
Unreliable Bluetooth syncing on Android v8.0 Pixel 2 XL. In order to use the app as intended I have to Power off my phone and back on every morning. If that was working then this would be a 5 star app for sure...
Good for browsing/purchasing capsules online if u drink a lot off coffee (otherwise you don't really need this app). But lacking PayPal option
During order selection screen always scrolls back to top. Not able to reread conditions when confirming your order. As ambassador not all deliveries are free, although this was promised. Also descaling is not free as promised. Too many broken promises. What is this?
Only with this app I am not able to use HSBC card. Says I need to enable cookies but they are enabled already. Hope it can be sorted soon
Good app very useful but still a little buggy when scrolling it likes to jump back to the top of my basket when submitting any payment information. Annoying when you have to scroll back down to reenter the info
Flipping through coffee types should be a lot easier rather than selecting one, hitting back only to have to scroll back down to where I was. The checkout flow, where you enter your credit card number needs work in order to prevent type ahead or whatever causes random digits to be typed at the start of each 4 digit block
The interface is lovely and easy to use. A few comments: you should be a le to edit or delete shipping and billing adresses. You can only create new ones at this point. Also would love to see the intensity grade next to the capsule without having to click on it to read the description.
[Updated] Just installed after months, still does not let me order. Website is what I use, but even that is flaky. This company really did not like money. I Ifou intend to buy something with this app, think again. I recommend Amazon as I have tried dozens of times an only once every got an order through without error. When you contact them about it, they just want to take your order and never fix this terrible app. "Try again later" been a month...uninstalling.
Not user friendly. Kept shutting down while trying to open shopping basket. Tried to call in order to the 800# was on hold over eight minutes before hanging up. Use the website.
It stops and starts, locks up then works okay. More reliability from an old P85, reputably the worst car ever to go to market in Australia. Try again Nespresso this one sucks.
Simple direct and user friendly! Gives option to store card information for future purposes. Recent orders shows your other orders so you can look and reorder flavors that are favorites. Love it! Update: still love it
Works ok for ordering coffee capsules, but is slightly annoying at times, as it reverts back to top of the list each time new type of capsules is added to basket, so be ready to scroll a lot; and you have to browse through a separate list of accessories to book recycling collection and bags rather than simply suggesting recycling options to be added at checkout. Overall, it looks good, it's functional, and hopefully the minor inconveniences can be fixed in future updates.
Did the last update, now will not let me open the app. It crashes before it even opens. No way of contacting anyone regarding the app.
The whole app is confusing. Nothing is instinctive, you can get there in the end but so time consuming. Please change to a clear full screen menu layout instead of small type, bottom of screen unhelpful layout.
A bit clunky. Missing my nearest Parcel motel but suggests some 100 km away. Won't let me pay using PayPal ????
The loading of the app is much better than before. Just a suggestion after clicking on the order can dun scroll back to the top? Thanks
Not a logical flow and doesn't recognise a 5 sleeve assortment as 50 capsules but only 1, so doesn't really count towards the free delivery threshold of 200 capsules. Not as easy to use as the website.
Not the easiest site to use. Not an easy flow to the site and can be hard to find what you are looking for. Ordering process not the easiest, ability to view previous orders is good though.
The app now crashes out whenever I try to go the the basket. It worked perfectly before
So far the app works great. let you know after my first delivery, using the app. If I'm still content.

I found it a bit awkward to use. Simplicity is best and the app is lacking.
I needed to establish connectivity and factory reset my Nespresso Expert 5 times and to even register it as "my machine". What's going on here?
Search option is a pain to find, and exits the app when you use the back button… very clunky
I love the convenience of the app. It remembers my preferences and makes ordering very easy. What would make it a 5 star choice is more frequent discounts.
Perfect for reordering my fave pods as it saves my previous orders and suggests similar products... Not great for info on products.
So simple to use. I love the re-order option and it's here the next day. Fantastic.
App difficult to use, payment method almost frustrating.
Once you get used to the ordering it is easy to use it is when I order packs which have 4 different packs inside does that class as 1 pack or 4 packs and having to order in multiples of 50 but once you get used to that it is easy delivery excellent and the recycling of the pods easy
Really easy ordering and fast delivery which is great because I can't find pods in local stores. Wish they carried hot chocolate for the kids.
Diabolical!! Crashes every tine i get to locate a store for delivery!!! So frustrating.
Can be a bit temperamental and slow during checkout while loading pick up points but otherwise gets the job done.
App works great on the iOS platform but constantly force closes on Android. Can't even place orders on Android platform

The ordering flow is confusing. In fact the whole app is confusing with a very crowded layout. But ordering is especially confusing: you constantly need to scroll back to fill in some forgotten detail (which wasn't immediately apparent) which leads to frustration. However, being able to repeat past orders is a very nice feature.
