How does it work?
Installing Nero Streaming Player, it allows to play photos, videos & music from your Android phone or tablet to your Smart TV or DLNA receiver. You do not need any hdmi cable or cast hardware. Using DLNA standard no configuration is required. Just connect your android phone and Smart TV to the same WiFi network and get started. Open the app and select a photo, video or song and click on the TV symbol on the lower right corner. A list of all your target devices in your local Wi-Fi network will be displayed. Choose one and get your media on the big screen with this simple DLNA player!
What about playing media from PC to Smart TV?
Just purchase and install Nero MediaHome 2016 PC server and via Nero Streaming Player play all your photos, videos, and music from your PC and laptop on your TV, or straight on your mobile device, too. Simply click "Play from PC" in Nero Streaming Player and with one touch you will jump right into the timeline of all the photos and videos located on your PC. Via Nero Streaming Player browse and play all your media and make use of comfortable, enhanced features like viewing of family and friends via face recognition or by simply viewing places you have visited.

How much can you miss the mark. Yes sort by folder but then it appears that every file is just thumbnail. No file list. So im supposed to recognise every video from a single frame. Far out brussel sprout. Whats the pount of this p.o.s.

Very disappointed I can't believe, how frustrating this is. It gave me "Play back error" after syncing some of my videos. I am not trying to do something fancy. I need to restart my TV and restart my app to sync my videos again. The only streaming app compatible with my TV is Nero Streaming Player. Please fix this bug, please do something!

There are a few things that would make it better for me. An option to display videos as a list of names. And the ability to sort video by name. Atm I need to go and read the name of every file.

Plays from samsung galaxy tab s2 to panasonic viera ok. Thumbnails are ok for photos but need filenames for videos. Some mp3 files wont play.

I have used this app so many times but it have some less features like subtitles support for individual video,add a detailed seeking a video by frame by frame and add a feature to preview in phone when seeking.

I was going to watch a movie with my family, but the video we were going to watch was on my tablet, I didn't have an SD card to transfer it, my tablet can't be hooked up to a HDMI, I had no way of connecting it, and every one was waiting for the movie to start, So I went to play store and found this app and installed it, after that I opened it and gave it a shot, AND IT WORKED!! THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS!! I'd rate a million stars if I could!
