I just switched from iPhone to a Galaxy S4 and this app is garbage. I can see my current stats but no graphs and I have control over nothing as it always crashes or times out. It's been over 6 months since the last update. This is and fairly simple app to build. Get this crap fixed!

Y70%
by Y####:

Absolutely hate this app have two $800 Neptune systems and cannot access either one of them from this. the only thing that is accessible on this app for me this is the support resources. I've tried installing and uninstalling it numerous times on my Galaxy S5

by A####:

For the money I spent with Neptune for the fusion systems and all the attached equipment they need to make a better app. It took me forever to figure out you have to hit the dots on the bottom Right to add a controller. Widget works sometimes , locks up frequently. Let's get it out of Beta already. If you sell a superior product please make an app to go along with it, regardless if there is a web GUI

Y70%
by Y####:

Works wonderfully. But I would've expected a bit more attention to this App (design, layout, graphics) as one of the perks of the Apex is Remote Control and Monitoring. App "Stops" working maybe once every other month.

W70%
by W####:

Unable to add my apex. Ypu cannot use the event menu items button, if the app doesn't support it. Remove the massive link for support options and put the buttons there. I love the web fusion, but it's a little clumsy on a phone screen.

T70%
by T####:

Thanks jerk offs... Woke up to my 150 gallon tank draining into my living room. Not only did your neptune system fail and not stop my pumps but you app of course doesn't work so I had log into the website which wasted more time. The product is just like your app... Only works for a little bit then fails.

Y70%
by Y####:

I am unable to enter the app. When app launched it stays on one screen and shows support resources. It would be nice to control my apex threw my phone without having to use a web browser everytime i would like to do something with the apex.

Y70%
by Y####:

Edit: a little over a year later and no change. Come on Neptune! Get you act together! Blue aqua controller button (I guess it's a button)does nothing on my S6. I could tap it until my finger bled. No way to add my controller. Same thing on my old galaxy nexus.

Can't open the thing after spending so much money on the system!!! This is not good Love the way it works on the laptop but 1 of the main reason for getting neptune was to use it on my phone

O70%
by O####:

Neptune come on already, develop a useful app for our quality controllers already your falling behind here... the Apple version I've heard is decent androids an antique that didn't work... no good on my old galaxy S4 and no good on new s7, no good as in doesn't work at all...

Y70%
by Y####:

At first I though this app didn't work. On my S7 HOLD the back button to access menu. App could use updating for on screen buttons.

O70%
by O####:

Did anyone prescreen this garbage app? It does absolutely nothing. It's just a splash page that has links to their website.

I70%
by I####:

It never gets past the opening screen. Literally have no access to anything except a list of three places to contact support. No response from neptune shows they aren't interested in fixing it. They don't care enough to address the issue. This is becoming more typical of neptune. Whole company is going downhill fast.

The app is nice. Could have some more ui for the first time user to avoid confusion. Overall it looks great after you have a controller added. However, I cannot get the app to change an outlet status. I've searched online, updated firmware, reset configuration. Nothing. If anyone has a suggestion please see let me know. Going to be trying the fusion beta. I don't understand why they left this in beta, unfinished, and started the fusion project.

I posted a 1 Star review in 2013 because the app had limited to no functionality on a my then Droid phone. It is now March of 2016 and the Neptune Android app continues to be worthless. The app should not be on the Play Store. Come on Neptune, you guys overcharge for your product, the least you could do is provide a halfway decent set of apps. You guys are what happens when a company has no real completion. You stagnate and consumers suffer.

The native Web page and fusion is very flexible in a "dashboard" kind of way. This app has no customization, lack of sensors/io view.. Just very sub par.

M70%
by M####:

With the app I can access my apex anywhere, get parameter statuses, and code outlets without any problems.

H70%
by H####:

Doesn't work for my Samsung Note5 or Samsung tab 3!! Sad when you pay so much for a top of the line product that is advertised as app accessible with android, and clearly dosent work.

M70%
by M####:

It makes my controller crash when accessing App. IMO it should be based on the fusion type dashboard. It would be nice to be able to enter testing results and compare graphs over each other.

T70%
by T####:

The first page doesn't load right, as though that is a scaling issue with the higher resolution. Loved it before on my cheap tablet.

M70%
by M####:

I have a note 5 and I could not get the app to let me add my controller so I played around with it for awhile and I was able to get the menu to add a controller to pop up by holding down the back button the arrow. On some devices it may be the button with the two boxes. I hope this helps a lot of people. But the app could use some tlc for us android users. I prefer to use an app rather than the Web interface. Wish I knew more about android programming or I would make the app better.

M70%
by M####:

This app has been out got so long and it still hasn't been updated or had the problem of it crashing when you first start fixed. You think with an item that cost $400+ they would have a decent app

G70%
by G####:

Don't work on my Samsung galaxy note 2014 all I get is it showing me support resources and then I click on it and it takes me to apex Website but it works great on my ipod love to see it work on my Samsung galaxy fix it please I love my apex

M70%
by M####:

As the title says.... crashes twice while opening but runs fine afterwards. I use it frequently to turn outlets on/off and for that it works great.

C70%
by C####:

Looks like it might be useful, but all i get is some links to forums... useless. No s7 galaxy functionality....cmon neptune...

M70%
by M####:

Apex wants you to use the Apex website for your aqua controller, not this app. It's in their documentation somewhere. This app is now unsupported and I don't know why they even have it on here.

M70%
by M####:

First class support. The app work's has some issues but trust Neptune will fix it. A little configuration is needed so thank god for first class support

E70%
by E####:

Worked fine on my old phone (S6 Edge). Doesn't work on my new one. Sometimes the app was more convenient than Apex Fusion. Come Neptune, support the app or don't have one.

Q70%
by Q####:

I've used this app for 3 years. I like it better than fusion. Unfortunately, I don't think Neptune is supporting this app. Rarely works. Galaxy S5.

T70%

Had this application installed on my Samsung S5 and it worked great. Installed on my new S7 and it only allows me to access the resources links to the website. Had to use the browser to access my system.

M70%
by M####:

The only thing I can really get to on this app is just the advertisements and also instructions. I've clicked on everything on the page but I can't for some reason get to the graph and stuff that I see you're supposed to get to. Very weird app I think it's more advertising than anything. And you would think for $800 for the Apex gold they might spend a little bit more money on their app. And also customer service sucks!

M70%
by M####:

This is not an app. Its just a link to their website along with an email button and link to their forums??? Why? Either that or it totally doesn't work on my LG V10.

M70%
by M####:

Opens to a nice image but there's nothing it does except opens the support page. Galaxy S5

R70%
by R####:

I have a note 4 and once you open the app it just sits on the splash screen. Nothing else can be done.

M70%
by M####:

It sometimes worked on my galaxy s4 but not on my Lg G4. On Lg doesn't show any setting to setup.

M70%
by M####:

Doesn't load past the splash screen.. Sad that the app hasn't been updated in some time.

M70%
by M####:

You can add your apex by long pressing the back button. You will have to be connected to the same wifi and get the IP address.
