পহেলা এপ্রিল বিশ্বব্যাপী পালিত হয় April Fools’ Day; অনেক অনেক বছর ধরেই এই Prank Day চলে আসছে… কিন্তু কীভাবে কেন শুরু হয়েছিল এ প্রথাটি?

এপ্রিল ফুল অনেক রকমের কাহিনী প্রচার করা হয়ে থাকে। তবে সব কাহিনীর মধ্যে একটি Anti-Muslim কাহিনী উপমহাদেশের মুসলিমপ্রধান সমাজে ব্যাপক পরিমাণে জনপ্রিয়। আর মানুষের একটা স্বভাব হলো, যাচাই না করেই বিশ্বাস করে ফেলা। বিশ্বাস করুন, হয়ত আপনিও এ কাহিনীটাই জেনে বসে আছেন, কিন্তু কাহিনীটা কিন্তু একদমই সত্য না। অনেকেরই অনুরোধ ছিল এপ্রিল ফুল নিয়ে লেখা দিতে, তাই তাদের জন্য এই উপহার।
