KADA.in Online Grocery Store

App is fine. However the customer service is really pathetic. The items ordered are missing and They never response to your concern. Both customer care email and phone are worthless. It happened twice for me.

Says internet connection is not there and exits. There is no issue with the internet in my phone and all other apps and browsers work fine. Please fix it.

They deliver the rotten vegetables. Guys please don't buy anything from Kada.in

Extremely happy with their service. Very good range of products...probability of at least 95% of requirements will be met.

It's good

The service is really good, and the delivery was on time. The only drawback is that the the lists of products featured are not that extensive as you find in a supermarket. I hope it does include more products, in time . That being said, the app is more than adequate for all the regular household supplies. All those routine stuff we buy from a super market are available. I wish they soon start a regular food delivery service also...

The app is v good to use. But we cant use the app since most products are expensive, sometimes twice its competitor!!

Such an excellent app.. impressive packing, timely delivery,lots of payment options.. i am very happy to have this helpful app !! Just a suggestion to include online payment option in App also. Presently i think its possible via site only. Would have been great if it could be done via app also. Thanks Kada team !! :)

Though it's convenient u have to compromise with price...there is 10-20 rupee difference for most of the product comparing with local store...If you buy many things, it's actually a loss but for 2 or 3 products prices around Rs 300, it's actually good (if u think about traffic, petrol etc)

On time service with no issues in products. Handled by a helpful customer service. Highly recommended.

U can save your time but not money. They sell everything in mrp. No margin... No reduction...nothing... Some products were pricy than in other stores. But there customer service is too good. If u suggest something they are ready to correct their mistake
