Its useful because i have a damadged nerve, i am a goalkeeper and a ball hit me really hard, my therapy for it doesnt work so i decided to install this... and it really works great, it makes my pain dissapear. I'm a novice guitar player and I was able to play pretty fast yesterday, to my own surprise (practice really does make perfect ;) , and I woke up today and my wrist was a little sore. Put this thing at high, placed it on my wrist and the pain went away almost instantly! Great app for helping with pain. And of course there's a lot of pervs talking about other uses for it but, who am I to judge? :P
