Body description - The International Classification of adult underweight, overweight and obesity states that Body Mass Index (BMI) between 25 and 29.9 is overweight, greater than or equal to 30 is obese. However due to very muscular body or in adolescents BMI can result in overestimation of fatness. This program uses classification of normal range, overweight and obese provided by Whitney and Rolfes, which better reflects actual body description.
