Uninstalling, force closes every time, didnt like other gps apps, moto droid w/ froyo

By comparing walking without applying the location marker on the way out and walking back the same route with several location markers, I found out that Journey Tracker is very inaccurate. It tends to shortcut the route and underestimates the covered distance.

Good for recording route. Altitude record never works. Would be good to track speed etc & view on a graph.

So far it records my time great but on long runs it lists my distance as 0 and I have a real how chip so lost cell signal shouldn't matter.

Tracked well on my epic, but killed my battery. Went down 25% during a 45 minute walk.

I've used it to store fishing holes at low tide. I can then return at higher tides and find the good skews.

Features are good but the app crashes every time I use it, usually at startup. Galaxy S 2.2.1.

first time ever left a review this app is completly useless shows only start and end of journey nothing inbetween which was the whole point ofdownloading this piece of crap app in the first place dont bother as its a waste of time wont let me leave no stars so will have to gruginly leave 1

Tracked my 50 minute walk which is just over 2 miles. App showed distance as 12 miles on tracking screen and 7 miles when viewed on map. Track on map looked accurate.

I like the simplicity, it is accurate for distance, but knowing what other data your phone can get I need more info! Only works in airplane mode, otherwise it'll pick up distance to cell towers. Fun to export to google maps, but this won't be on my phone for much longer without updates.

Great app. I use this app to track me along lease and logging roads to new locations. Then e.mail the maps back to dispatch for others to follow.

Update a way to share with social sites or email, sms ect... its a little off at time but still works great

I love this app. I have issues with it not recording exact path every time. 8 times outta 10 it works perfect.

Would be nice if there's an option for choosing distance to be displayed in kilometers instead of miles.

Works well, simple enuff. Would appreciate GUI improvements.

This app kept me from getting lost while packing out a buddies elk.

Doesn't work on droid x. When i click on track ride, the app closes. Uninstalled it.

More great features and ad free, cool.

Seems really useful & well featured but stops logging when screen times out.

Was a great app. Tracked close to 100 miles on it. Now, for a week, app fails repeatedly. Shows location as i move, but no longer tracks. MotoDroid1

Did a journey only start and end points are shown. Useless

If your a route driver you'll never not have this app on your person.

To be fair, it worked brilliantly when I first installed it on my Google Asus Nexus 7 but it appears to have stopped working since I installed a system upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollypop

Not a patch on the journey tracker I had on my old Blackberry Z10, which had altimetry as well,never thought I'd say that! Get the upgrade sorted.

Simple to use, works well, often difficult to see which way you have gone when two paths cross however. The only issue I found was when emailing it. The file got through but had lots of errors, the path would jump to the same spot every so often resulting in a big star shaped blob on google earth.

Pretty cool app, very accurate. Would be awesome to append or merge tracking so it can be shut off during long pauses and continued later.

After a walk of less than a mile,it indicates I went 5.23 miles. Uninstalling.

Six miles in 30 minutes walking. Not accurate. Version for first DROID was great.

Worked for a while. Now it takes forever to load and force closes every time I try to use it. :(

Since the last upgrade I have had a problem with application correctly calculating the distance of my hike. It seems to be off by about a factor of 4. I know a hike that I have taken before that is about 4 miles not shows up as a 16 mile hike. Did not have this problem with the previous version.
