Used once so far, she was on time, very helpful, even folded the towels the way I wanted them. Did my dishes and cleaned the counters, stove, front of oven and dish washer. I was impressed. Will use again.

Attempted to use service 2 times: 1) the lady was over 45 mins late; 2) the guy was 15 mins late & did a HORRIFIC job - I spent as much time going behind him & re-cleaning my bathroom thoroughly. He used industrial cleaners, which my 4yo is sensitive to, w/o stopping to ask if I had my own natural cleaners. I showed him what needed done, & he completely ignored me. I had to tell him at LEAST a handful of times NOT to fold shirts that he KEPT folding & mixing w/other clothes...COMPLETE waste of $$ & TIME

We used Neighborly to move a really heavy treadmill. The team did a great job and door to door it was just about 30 minutes. The app kept me updated at various checkpoints. Love the in-app payment and messaging.
