Favor Delivery, Get Food Fast for Android
Will never use this app again. Be prepared for crappy customer service as well as getting over charges. Refused to give me a refund even though I was waiting on the driver where I gave them directions to. Now I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Stick to your local delivery places folks.
App is really easy to use. They usually find you a runner within a minute. And you get updates throughout the order. It's really convenient when your sick at home or stuck at work. Yes they charge a delivery fee but some only charge $3 if you scroll through the app. I love it.
This app is fairly easy to use, although you do need to try to keep track of the cost of your order + delivery fee on your own. Try to keep in mind that time delays may not be the fault of the runners due to demand, and also that they mainly get paid via tips. Pay attention to your order and everything should work out well :)
This will be a one and done for me as there are auite a few issues with this service sgarting with the inability to see any potential charges until you are all in. Charging 6 bucks for a less than 4 min trip is crazy then u still have to tip. You are taking from potential tips of your drivers cause i have to balance between tip and ur service fees. I will now enjoy my 18 dollar taco.
Been using Favor for a few years and it's been a (mostly) great service. But the new updated app is horrible. It took me a while to realize how I needed to input my address compared to the old version. Worse of all, none of my old orders are copied when I start a new one. I use to be able to hit my previous order for Chipotle, and it would already have my order ready to go. Now I have to re-enter it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Please fix this.
Worst service ever. Food did not arrive after 2.5 hours of waiting and the store they were supposed to pick the food from closed Unistalling and will not advise this if your in North DFW area
Rude delivery drivers from favor ruin the dining experience when I go to restaurants. Impatient and abrasive, they act entitled and abusive to the service staff trying to help them. No way I want to do business with a company that is represented like this. Go pick up your food yourself.
Be prepared to pay double the usual costs. They cover up the cost by not showing your total until the food is actually delivered. This service is not worth it.
This company has the worse customer service ever, after they tried to charge me more than double what was on the receipt for my items, also bringing the fees up very significantly I called, was on hold for 15 minutes then had to leave a message to have them actually fix it to the original charge. If possible use any other service, and if you must use favor, check your receipt very carefully.
I like the convenience and concept that favor offer, however not being able to pay in cash and see the amount of your order before your food arrives is an inconvenience. I hope either or both of those things change in the near future.
Horrible experience for my first time using it. Runner "delivered" my food within the promised time....too bad it wasn't actually delivered! And a suggested tip of $7.75 on an $11 order & 3 mile drive? I dont think so! Got my Flavor account credited, but that is the ONLY reason I'll give this company a 2nd chance. They can't even help figure out what actually happened to my order/driver!
I love Favor but I think you shouldn't be prompted to pay/tip until after you've received your order. I've tipped well quite a few times only to have subpar service or missing items.
Overall ok, i dont like how you dont see the final cost (with all their fees) until after the food is picked up. Also pretty dumb that the order isnt placed immedietly, instead its ordered once your driver arrives at the restaurant. ~$7 in fees then a "suggested" 20% tip - ill just be ordering take out next time.
The service is really fast and acurate, cheaper than going yourself riding with uber, but a little expensive. But this a great idea, app and service for people who do not have a car and shop once in a couple of days!
Occasionally, you need the option to tip $0 because your idiotic runner delivers the wrong nonrefundable item. Entirely removing that option is wholly absurd, and borderline theft.
I use favor wayyy too much. Very helpful service. Only one complaint with a previous order, yet Favor waived all charges for the situation and corrected the issue. Recommend to anyone.
A far as technology is concerned this app is a masterpiece. Flawless UX/UI design and operation. The business side of Favor is more about exorbitant fees and untrained staff, unfortunately.
App not thought out well. Doesn't provide subtotal before it submits order. Think i accidentally didn't tip the driver. App needs more polish. Won't use again until it gets better. Overall bad and confusing experience.
I've yet to have a negative experience. I've also spent some time working FOR favor, so I understand that these guys work their butts off.
I've been using this for a couple of years now. A lot of their drivers are great some are not. Their charges and fees are ridiculous
I like favor. The only thing I don't like is viewing the receipt total before I confirm purchase. It makes me feel forced to order. I want the total before I confirm delivery.
I have been using favor for about 2 years, and I LOVE it. So many negative reviews, which probably wouldn't be the case if people just paid attention. There is a delivery fee, which unless otherwise noted is $6. Some restaurants cover all or some the delivery cost and the fee is less, which is denoted in the "store" and also under the tab that specifically lists the $3 delivery fee specials. The cost of your food is generally listed in the menu section when you are selecting your food, and although this isn't always an accurate amount, it's pretty reliable. No, the app doesn't give you a subtotal before you submit your order, but if you keep track of the cost of your items and the delivery fee, you get a good idea of the total cost. All of my drivers have been super friendly and are always very communicative. Some are very creative and send cute pictures as their updates! You have the ability to contact your driver through the app, but most will send a text letting you know they are your runner and are on their way. I usually have very specific food order requests and like to confirm with my driver that they understand the info I out in the app. Sometimes the food is wrong; sometimes it's runner error and sometimes it's store error. But I have never had a problem with their customer service getting a refund or credit for wrong items. Texting the customer service is the best way, because they will respond to you quickly and you aren't stuck on hold on the phone during busy times. Plus, you can send pictures of wrong items or receipts. Favor has more variety and better prices than Uber Eats, Postmates, and Grub Hub. I can't leave during work to get lunch and often, places that do their own delivery have minimum order amounts that a single item or two can't meet. Favor has been a huge asset for me and I love this service!
The app would be so much better if we could see our subtotal prior to getting the food. Not a good look.
It's good sometimes, but the drivers are sketchy. One time this chick had her boyfriend in the car with her lmao but it's also way too expensive
I wish you could see the charge before you submit your favor. I also wish that making substitutions was simpler. I like that the runners text me, if they have questions, but I'd pulldowns or something of that nature when placing the order.
Charged me random fees and wouldn't let me choose my tip amount. Bad service.
First time I used it was great. The delivery was quick and I love that you can create custom orders from places that aren't listed. It gives an edge over other apps.
I don't have a car and uber hates chase bank apparently (they won't take any of the accounts I have with them). But that's ok because uber sucks anyways. Go Favor!!
Nothing works on it every time I hit something it keep showing me open time and it 12pm here then when I click on then I look at the delivery area by the map it don't delivery anywhere
Love that I have a variety of restaurants to order from. And food is received quickly. And drivers are all polite and let you know the process of receiving your order.
A little pricey but totally worth it. Sad they dont go to certain places
Really great user experience. Haven't run into any horror story customer experiences.
Great idea. Very difficult to execute.
Very good! Wish there was a way to pay cash instead of just card.
Favor = Expensive personal assistant on demand at a low price! They are killing it?
Sometimes delivery charge is higher than expected. But that is what i get for being lazy.
A little pricey, but huge selection when you're hungry
This is great for those who live in a restaurant rich area. Fast, friendly service and great selections.
Should show you the total cost of the items and services before you finalize the purchase. I avoid using this app, because it wont show you the total cost until after you have already purchased

Great app, I don't like having to reenter my home address every time I use it
