Finally used this service. Great app food options and service. Perfect for laziness or in my case stuck at home with a newborn. However many additional charges.. delivery, taxes and tips. My $12 breakfast became a $30 meal. I'll try a few more apps and compare.

The service is great but the latest version of the app is super buggy. It won't let me close the app. I have to turn off my phone to close it. Also the rating function no longer shows up properly after an order. It only allows five star ratings, nothing else. Updated Feb 6 /16: Even with new update, I still can't close app without turning off my phone and restarting.

I've tried this app twice in the last few months. First time, nobody responded to my order. Second time, says it can't locate my address even when I type it in. What a waste of time.

A $6 handling fee, 5% processing fee and then you have to tip the delivery person. All of this to order $10 lunch or $3 coffee. I'd use this if I was delivering a bed, not food.

Would've been the perfect service if I was able to pay for my food without them automatically charging my card with an extra 20% tip. I would like to use the app again if they fix the payment issue within the app. The bug causes the app the restart when you want to view your receipt.

There is no feature to view the balance of an order until after placing the order which is very strange. Use JESSC2P5 for free $6 credit.
