ShopAlarm lets you create shopping lists for individual stores or chains, and automatically get location-based reminders when you are near a store.
Features:
1) Search for a store by name and location (using Google Places API).
2) Set a reminder to alert you near a particular location (e.g., Safeway in Palo Alto, CA), or near any store matching a certain name (e.g., any "Safeway").
3) Add multi-line reminder lists.
4) When you get a reminder, you can click a button and get directions to the store in Google Maps.
5) Snooze reminders for 1 hour, 3 hours, or 1 day. You can remove snooze at any time.
6) Edit stored reminders to add or remove items from your shopping list.

Its a very useful app

It's good to have a simple location based reminder like this, especially for shopping. I use it to make a quick note of stuff to buy at my local grocery store and each time I am nearby, I get a reminder with a nice little note :-).
