The AC in Volvo bus are not working most of the times. They do this to save money. The bus staff is rude when u ask them to do something about AC not working. It's a nightmare travelling. It will be shut down soon with the kind of service they provide.

Inspite of booking a ticket from Mumbai to Pune for my old and sick parents, the bus they were booked for was a Mumbai to Goa bus (nowhere did they mention Goa during the booking) and they were dropped off on the outskirts without any alternative arrangements made. Despite our best efforts to make the people at neeta understand the gravity of the situation, they provided no help and were extremely rude and non cooperative!!

Neverending repeated bad experience with this Bus service.. I promise not to travel by Neeta never... never never..

3RD CLASS SERVICE VERY RUDE STAFF & from office charge 600 per tiket and from Road They take passenger 400 rupees.. no ac working from jamnagar to ahmedabad And charge for multi axel AC...bus Plus Driver Talk in mobile While Driving its rRisk of our life..i book BUS no 8888 multi axel and they change Normal bus So why they charge me for Normal bus Non..AC and charge me for A/C...Bus ??

Bus is good but driver and co-driver taking passangers in the midd way, so much time they stops to take passangers (without tickets) but they dont stops at hotel, in the midd night they switched off charging cables and LCDs and Wi-Fi

Totaly pathetic service provide neeta travels if we book online they took 400 rs but after depart the bus they provide service in 150 rs also it's take to too much time also

Pls. avoid at all cost.

Pathetic service. Bus is running out of diesel AC was not working from starting. Journey started one hour late. No porper checking of bus which is going to travel overnight with around 40 people

Terrible service. I was informed 6 hours before that the bus has break down. Please book another ticket at higher fares.

my experience was very wrost. I have booked Volvo bus but AC was not working. I told to driver and conducter regarding issue but both were not responding. I have paid money for services not for just transportation of myself from one place to other. AC is primary reqriment of Volvo bus and if your AC is not working then how can you allocate that bus for trip in summer ? Very wrost service I ever seen. I have added 0 star in Google review for this bus and recommend other people also to not to go with this bus

Good speed by driver but absolutely uncomfortable top c6 seat or any other seat doesn't have a safety belt when the bus takes turn you feel u will fall. So no use of spending on sleeper. Food hault at sweet chilly caused stomach infection absolute disaster vacation returning got spoiled . sweet chilly unhygienic place and no bills provided . I still thank God I was alive back home worst experience nothing is good. Aircon makes huge loud sound . stinking unclean bed linen with human fluid

Never ever ever ever travel by neeta bus. They may boast of the best volvo buses, and technology, but they have got it all wrong fundamentally. Sat from pune at 5 30 am and could not reach santa cruz by 10 am. What a pity. Conductor was giving false assurances, finally had to get down at panvail and hire a taxi to reach airport at time, else would have missed my flight. To clarify, no roadblocks, punctures, traffic jam that caused delay. Bus was running late by default. DON'T TRUST.

Think of travelling by road,just log on to neeta travels,be assured of reaching destination and making your day.

Just because there is no option of 0 stars. Pathetic service. Please don't travel at all if neeta travel is the only option you have. Play with you like we are a joke... Did this mistake once but never again.. Don't have a better adjective in English to curse them.. Pathetic!

Never ever travel with Neeta buses. Third class service. U won't reach ur destination ever on time and their buses are not maintained properly. Pathetic bus services and the app too.

One of the most pathetic and customer unfriendly service is neeta. They don't bother to inform their customers when they make mistakes and on top of that they say why didn't you call. MOST SAD TRAVEL COMPANY.

I booked travel before two days, on the day of journey before 3 hours of departure these guys called me said that bus is cancelled and see for another bus, even my payment was not refunded at instance, my whole schedule was disturbed. Well never ever travel by these bus again.

Jitni galiya di jaye kam hai, saale btm se boarding point tha mera 6 baje aur 5:45 pe bolte hai kalasipalyan ajao bua wahi se milegi aut mujhe cab book karka waha itni dur jana padaa aur saala manage ko bola to galiya dene laga aur usko bhi phir maine hindi pe punbai me mast wali galiya sunayi aur uske baad me bus 4 ghante baad aayi.So i will never travel in neeta and never give suggestion to anyone.

It used to be good, now the brand is down the drain. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Turning of ACs to force people to alight at the food courts is DISGUSTING.

Pune to Rajkot. ...... what an aswsome exprience! Book ticket for Multi axel Volvo Sleeper.....but travelled by Semi-Sleeper + without AC and pathetically exchanged THRICE to reach Destination.
