The app itself is the biggest problem I have. It takes forever to load a page, the interface is really poorly set up, and it kept crashing on me. As for the laundry service I came for, you have to input way more information than I want to do just to figure out about how much the service I want will cost me. I pretty much grabbed this app because their website wouldn't let me do anything without it, and then it turns out, the research I was trying to do basically can't be done without booking an appointment.
