Does not work at all.. keep saying no student found.

It doesn't track my son's bus at all - it just tells me when it's scheduled, which I already know!

Says "no student" when I put student info in. I contacted support and got no response

I love being able to keep track of when the buses are running late especially since our route delays rarely get posted on Twitter. But my daughter takes a different bus after school most days since she goes to work but the app doesn't offer me the option of tracking that bus. UPDATE: had to lower the rating since it stopped working for my son's bus. It tells me that his bus information is not available. Still works for my daughter's morning bus

It's annoying that I have to logout out to close the app.

Doesn't work at all keeps telling me I'm not a valid student but other people on my buss route information works so it's obviously not the school

Unable to even register. Total fail.

This app worked pretty good for a little while (although it would only show the children's afternoon bus and not the morning). But just recently it now won't download the buses at all and I keep receiving an "unknown error occurred". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and now I can't login. Same error message.

Works good in the morning but my kids have a different bus in the afternoon. And it doesn't seem to be able to track that bus. FIX this problem and I will give it at least a 4

Once Customer service helped me get it set up and it started working properly, it's a really useful app. Now on a cold day we can wait inside until we absolutely have to go out for the bus. Awesome!

Won't take my kids student ID. Tried for customer service and got nothing. Dumped the app as it is about as reliable as Stock Transportation.

The app should also work for students who get courtesy busing.
