This App is absolutely fraud. I ordered a vivo V7plus mobile n this people sent me used one in new pack. Shockingly refused to take back , Their answer was blunt. Moreover threatened n advised to file case against them as they dont bother. On the name of discount this people inducing innocent costumers online stores.

Now a days there isnt much news on this app. Same news is remained for 1 week or so and no fast update of news. So boring. Earlier there was new mobile reviews and comparisons too but now those golden days of the app is gone when it was ndtv gadget. And 1 more thing, for shopping please try to create a different app and let this be a pure gadgets and mobile news app.

I have order a phone on 22 aug 17 n paid online. But there is no details about any status of phone.i don't know why did I paid. Now I don't sure that what will happen with my money... No response of emails. Rubbish service. Never come again.

While I really like the website, i couldn't use the app for longer. I've been NDTV's follower since 5 6 years. This app runs fine for somedays but then it opens blank pages and display error "no connection " and i have to reinstall to make it work fine. I've been doing this from months and now I'm sick with it so switching to any other app. Bye bye .

Online fraudsters.. they sell used products never ever buy anything from them.. worst shopping app n customer service.. just pay money and forget is their concept.. looting the customer online with return or replacement.. boycott dis app..

worst app in the world their shopping website is not at all a gud one. they are the theives. I ordered a phone from its website nd these people delivered me a packet of sand in box of phone and then refused to refund and replace it. i will never prefer anyone to do shopping from the website 'GADGETS 360'. Even their service is also very very slow. there is no 24×7 customer care service. SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Not providing full specifications,like nanometre,ppi,nits..etc. And does not providing correct reviews. Fake reviews..thats why ,they ignoring best mobiles. User interface is average..all news not reflecting in app same time of website. Not reflecting all products under Option of brands. Finally .. It is Simply worst

Kindly Never purchase any good or product from here. First they sell defective products and when you want to contact their customer representative for return or replacement, they simply avert and ignores and start making excuses

Do not buy anything from this app/ site. I ordered a laptop table as the price was lesser as compared to other sites but received a defective order and moreover it was not as per the specifications. After that I have been trying since almost a month now for return and reimbursement. After atleast 4-5 followups only they took back the parcel that too after 2 weeks. Now again it has been almost 10 days after the return, I have not received any kind of communication from their end yet reg receival of the parcel or reimbursement. Their customer service is extremely slow and pathetic. Most of the times they do not have answer for your queries.

Dear Team, Grateful if you could check regular version updates for this app, now it's crashing out when we open the app its really good useful for us to understood the technology environment engineering. Its humble request last upgrade was helded in month of May '17 means almost 5 months ago it has happened we eagerly awaiting to receive the new UI version kindly do the needful

Before they were not delivering the products properly or delivering fake/defect things but now they have got a lot of improvements like time tracking, Message updates and good customer care services. Many thanks for their improvements.

I, Rajashekar, ordered iphone 6s 64 gb on 27th July 2017, they sent me a defective (I guess it's a fake product), I asked them for replacement, the reverse pick up was done on 12th Aug, that to after calling too many times, and again it's been 2 weeks no update from these guys, after calling again no of times to customer care(it's been my daily routine for calling daily 2-3times), no proper reply getting, and one guy saying that after seller gets that reverse pick up parcel, he is going to repair that mobile and will send it back to me, am I fool for accepting that fake product, I need a genuine new mobile replacement or refund that's it, pathetic service n customer care, how could a brand like NDTV encouraging these cheap tricks, I tried to give a review for that particular mobile which one I bought but these guys not showing my genuine review, they only show positive reviews, I complained in consumer court n am not leaving this issue. Actually it was a b'day gift for my wife on Aug 1st but these guys made it worst. Don't buy anything through Gadgets360 (fake products sold here)

I have recently bought the Oppo F3Order Id O331F0EB316C9BC6C0 from you and probably it was the worst mistakes of my life I did by buying phone from you, the phone I have received came in the tampered box and the phone has dents on it with sim Slot pin missing. Within half an hour I called customer care for you and they told me to wait 48 hours. No revert for 3 days, today I called to ask details, they are saying no replacement will done seller is saying he sent good product. Are you kidding me. Buyer are fool. I have one of the worst customer service executives who are not aware as to what needs to be done. The phone is still lying with me with no replacement done. I am definitely going on facebook, twitter and every social media forum and complain about this and would urge people never to buy anything from you, you guys are nothing but bunch of fraudsters who are fooling and looting people of thier money and trust. I have recorded phone voice and I ll file complaint regarding. Today after calling they said they ll mail me still no revert. @ndtv this is my 1st order from your site and trust me you guys are harassing buyer. Replace or refund asap as blogger I m blog about this

Worst service late refund system if we go in touch continusly they will respond if you will not receive any updates for cancelled order, refunds. Only you get the confirmation mail when you order had placed, if cancel the order they send any updates regarding that, your contact customer service for updates.

The app won't open. A notification pops up saying no Internet connection plz try again later. But of course I use 4g data connection.

Worst service ever I ordered vivo v5s it take 6 to 7 days to deliver don't buy any items from here.

I happen to receive the latest updates in the notification but when I open it... I end up seeing old news.. very funny and so pathetic

There delivery is not good. I ordered for a phone on 14th and today is 20th and I don't know when I will be receiving it.

It is very nice App. All the reviews are very good and accurate. There is a buy system where you can buy phones and accessories . So overall it is a nice App . Suggestion is that to save the articles in offline . Kudos to gadgets 360 team . ✌
