ND24 Timbra Smart

ND24 Timbra Smart consente di trasformare il tuo smartphone in un terminale di rilevazione presenze e dichiarazione commesse.
Rappresenta la soluzione ideale per gestire le presenze di personale mobile, come ad esempio tecnici manutentori oppure personale distaccato per un dato periodo presso sedi di clienti e fornitori oppure cantieri.
Una volta effettuato il login, sfruttando la localizzazione GPS, vengono mostrati tutti i punti di timbratura disponibili nel luogo in cui l'utente si trova, con la possibilità di timbrare entrate e uscite di presenza tramite la semplice pressione di un tasto (Screenshot 1). La timbratura viene garantita anche in caso di assenza di connettività Internet (Screenshot 2) o segnale GPS (Screenshot 3): in questi casi sarà possibile inserire una nota e la timbratura sarà soggetta ad approvazione sul software di gestione ND24.
Con ND24 Timbra Smart è inoltre possibile dichiarare l'attività svolta, gestendo timbrature di cambio commessa (Screenshot 4) oltre a quelle di presenza fiscale. ND24 Stamps Smart lets you transform your smartphone into a Time & Attendance and declaration committed.

Once logged in, taking advantage of the GPS tracking, shows all the points stamping available at the place where the user is located, with the ability to stamp incoming and outgoing presence through the simple push of a button (Screenshot 1) . The stamping is guaranteed even in the absence of Internet connectivity (Screenshot 2) or GPS (Screenshot 3): in these cases, you can enter a note and stamping will be subject to approval by the management software ND24.
Stamping with ND24 Smart is also possible to declare the activity, managing clocking exchange contract (Screenshot 4) than those of fiscal presence.
