nagpadala ako gamit app nyo. pero hindi ako binigyan ng tracking number para sa pera. balance ko naging zero pesos. baka pwede pakilagyan ng history para kung sakaling mag-error may iba paraan para makuha tracking. andito pa ako ngayon sa outlet nyo para lang kuhanin tracking number. sana dito na ko nagpadala. hassle!

Good aps, but the problem is always log out, then log in again every time u use.

Useful! I love this app it allows me to have an access w my points and see my balance whenever i want.

for unknown reasons, app always locks out, even with the right inputs. Forces to change password frequently every time lock out occurs. Needs upgrade for the better. Unsatisfied

yung customer number is 12 digits. pwede nyo po matanong sa nearest cebuana branch namin yung customer number nyo just give ur full name and bday. hope it helps. enjoy using our companys app.

Awesome app! Very useful! I can easily send remittance through mobile. I can also sell e-load with rebates. E-money funding can easily buy on Cebuana branches. I commend this in giving ease on accessing Cebuana services and providing business opportunities through e-loading. Thanks Cebuana! More Powers!

Im trying to register but when i hit finish it says user already exist then if i try to login it says account does not exist!!!!!

For 24k cardholders, you need to go to nearest cebuana branch and enroll in emoney to be able to login on the app.

I am a regular costumer of your company. And I really love the e-money service but please make some update to your app. Put an amend,refund and transaction info which we can view all the details on the transaction, because once we successfully send it there is no option for me to check the receivers name.. And also I believed that you created this account to be more convenient to your customer,so make it up to the highest level. This is only my opinion,but maybe you can consider it in the future. Thank you!
