Marcus Theatres

I continue to have issues with this app not loading or being unable to process requests. The customer service number doesn't load right, it's hard to see the importing things like days, and it over wastes time. Don't advertise movies to me either as soon as I open the app.

Couldn't purchase tickets (even tho I've done so many time with same saved payment option), only to discover that the app had changed the expiration date on my payment option WTF!!

Wow went off to college and all my points expired and I had a lot. Way to reward a loyal customer. They used to be the only theater I go to but they obviously don't care about their customers

A theater nearby was recently acquired by this company. Their website is NOT mobile friendly. In fact it's horrible. So I download the app. The app doesn't recognize the theater (after being owned and operated for months now). Update your app or make your site mobile friendly. It's boarder line impossible to determine show times as it stands.

I would've given this app 5 stars, I like that it allows me to buy tickets ahead of time and reserve seats for the dream lounger seats. However, I just looked at my photo gallery and there all kinds of pictures from this app. There was actually a folder labeled "Marcus". I was confused and checked the privacy settings, yes they have the right to view and take photos and view my calendar, even confidential things. That's NOT ok! And is NOT necessary for a movie tickets app. Get out of our private business!!!!

You cant beat this app if you love going to marcus movie theaters frequently. I can pre purchase tickets for any show without worry if ill get the seats i want.

I recently got the iPhone 7 plus and every time I log in to the Marcus app it freezes and I have to unintelligible and reinstall it (very frustrating). I do enjoy the app but please fix it soon. That's the only reason I gave it 1 star.

I am sick and tired of this app forgetting my info and I'm not able to use my rewards card, because I don't know my card number. I'm just going to use the actual physical card. Tired if this crap feature on the app. A multimillion dollar company should be able to have a good quality app.

I suggest you guys get the same developers that made the Regal app or even the AMC app. This app looks so old

The app is very slow and it won't even show my local theater when I try to look up movie times. It works well enough for tracking reward points, but beyond that, the app is useless.

My device is telling me no theater within 50 miles. It has worked well the other 10 times I used it until now. Please fix bug.

The app never seems to work. I constantly get error codes when trying to pull up different movies. It won't let me buy tickets. This app is horrible.

Worthless. Cant find theaters within 50 miles of me even thoigh there are a dozen or more, so, no online ordering or movie times, etc

App works fine. What I don't like is you can't cancel your tickets online. You have to go to the movie theatre before move starts to get refunded. From now on I'm buying my tickets through Fandango.

I admit I don't go to movies often. But when I do and I open this app, all my info is gone. And it never remembers my card #.

I like the app. Easy way to buy tickets. Just wish there was a way to cancel your purchase other than going to the theatre.

Standing outside of a Marcus theater and it says there are no theaters within 50 miles. Total utter junk.

Literally the worst app I've ever had the misfortune to use. I'm uninstalling the second I finish typing this.

Streamlines movie choices, seat assignments, ticket purchasing, and finally check in when utilizing self serve kiosk at the theater.... I think it's Great!!!!

Slow app. Pretty basic and simple to use. Seems like it takes a while to load points.

The tab for " My Tickets" isn't there anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and no change. Fix please.

I love Marcus theatre's it's the best place to go have unwind time and hang with cool adults and It's great for dates!!

Will not load my local theater times

Wouldn't load or show any theatres near me.

Sometimes it won't load and it takes forever when it does load

Much easier to see my rewards that the staff wouldn't tell us about.

App refreshes while in you local theater and defaults to a theater in another state.
