New app is terrible. Like the older app better. Designer of app clueless.

Update is terrible

The version before was adequate. The new version for their new ticketing system is horrible. Not designed for usability at all. Someone told them a website that renders on mobile devices is an app. Nope! Get a new developer Westown.

The new update was absolutely horrible. It's like trying to navigate the desktop version of a webpage with your cell phone, not everything is fitted to your screen. No longer able to see the seating numbering when trying to select seats. Doesn't allow zoom in during seat selection so good luck trying to select seats the size of a pin point with your finger. It was so difficult that my first attempt at ticket purchase the session timed out. Not sure how long it takes before timeout since there is no longer time remaining display either.

It was good before. Now it's just a shell for the mobile website. Selecting seats for GTX is very difficult now.

What did you do to this app?! Its horrible now, never should have changed it

The app is really horrible since the redesign. Every time I try to open it just gives a blank white screen. I preferred the old format better. It needed improvement of course but it was much more visually appealing and most importantly it actually worked.

The update is horrible. The original version was great.

What ever is going on with the location needs to be fixed please....trying to see Spider-Man tonight

The app was simple but the theater was horrible in Middletown, DE. No customer service and the employees were ignorant, especially with the rewards program. Which falls under the absolutely incompetent management. I will stick with Regal in People's Plaza.

The movie threater is awesome. Never had a problem with the staff or anything like that. The threaters are huge with comfortable rocking seats. And they have a pump your own butter for the popcorn! Love it!
