This app was a good idea, but an idea that is sorely lacking in execution. It is very glitchy, working when it wants to rather than when it needs to at least some of the time. What bothered me the most about it was no way to setup notifications for events you were interested in attending. Let's be serious; if the cruise is doing its job, I'm not going to be constantly looking at my watch, track of time. And there are so many events going in that it can be hard to keep track of them without a friendly reminder. From such an amazing cruise line, I honestly expect better.

Useful on board the ship for daily activities. Wish it had free texting like the Princess app., and more ships available.

Only one ship this app works on. It forces everyone else to use their other app called I-concierge however it is useless until you are actually on the ship. No way to learn how to use the app in advance. Or discover it's helpfulness. Ugg seriously disappointed! It's the litt6things that matter Ncl, and starting out with apps that don't work doesn't create confidence!
