SkipTheDishes - Food Delivery

Really good service. The operators are very helpful and professional. But kind of wish the delivery people carried more cash cuz there was a few things were I had to break some money cuz they didn't have some change

Like like how easy it is but more than not the order comes back wrong, the delivery people do not follow the clear dirrections i put with address, and are aometimes rude when i ask them why they went to the wrong door when it is clear where i would like them to go. When the order is right and the delivery peraon delivera right the food is cold and drink is warm... not impressed. These people, the drivers and the people on the phone need better customer service skills.

Really don't like the fact that you have to tip the driver before you get ever get assigned a driver, let alone even before you get your food. So you can't even tip based on the actual performance of the delivery. Uber eats greater out perform skip in this aspect of the delivery service apps.

Love it! Perfect app just need to get MCDONALDS, gotta get little ceasers back and few other places. For service wise some drivers are better then others in alot of things. For the most part only had one thing done wrong that i wasnt happy with. Id recommend these services.

I really do like this app. But twice now I have submitted a concern to the help line with no one getting back to me. One was, I ordered a dessert, paid for it and never Recieved it. And the second was I ordered toppings on a meal, and paid for them. But then did not receive a few. I messaged them, and no one has gotten back to me, nor have a Recieved any credit to my account.

They will take your money and not bring your order. Out of 8 phone calls 10/10 the people on the other end speak English as a second language and they put you on hold to translate way too much to be efficient in any way. They can not do an order over the phone so if the app placed 0 orders but charged you for 3 you are out of luck/money

Website is quick and easy to follow step by step! Great tipping options 10 15 or 20%! Notifications were right on time. Driver showed up friendly.. food could have been hotter and it would be nice if the drivers had a uniform or at least have to look/smell a little more professional

3 orders one was good. The support chat within the app is nice really nice. My issue is with the restaurants and drivers not SkipTheDishes but they are sadly linked

Use the app almost every Friday, our cheat night. Love it.

Only ordered with this app twice but had good experiences both times. Takes 40-50 minutes to come (which is long) but I like the convenience and the food arrives warm.

Really enjoy this app. Yes there are mistakes etc bit the help center always figures it out.

Revised this review from 1 Star just to make sure everyone knows it still only deserves 1 Star. 2 orders in a row missing items. They need to figure this out before I'll use it again.

EDIT: I dislike the new tip options. I liked the 10%, 15% and 20% options, as that's what you'd tip if actually at the restaurant. The $1-4 tip options don't seem as fair to the delivery person, which was one reason I liked using Skip the Dishes more often over, say, Uber Eats. The app has any technical bugs or problems. Sometimes the GPS car tracker doesn't always refresh often enough, but most of the time it works very well. As far as Skip the Dishes itself goes, it's one of the best apps for ordering food. Selection of restaurants, filters, making orders, and processing payments are easy-peasy. All in all, a great app with a great ordering experience. Some more fast food restaurants could be added. Tim Hortons? McDonald's? (Assuming that's possible)

The app itself is really quite wonderful. I work for a restaurant that actually does do delivery through SkipTheDishes so I have a view of what it's like to be both the customer and the person making the food. One of the biggest issues with this service is the unreliability with couriers. Some of the couriers will say they're accepting new deliveries but they will end up just sitting in that same spot for a good 5-15 minutes sometimes. All in all, it's great being able to order from restaurants that just a little while ago, yoi woild have to go out and get that food for yourself.

I've had 3 significant issues with skip - the last of which being that they had a restaurant available for order but when I placed mine the money came out and the order was cancelled. when I reported it they told me it takes 3-5 business days to process a refund and the order got cancelled because the restaurant was closed. None of which was information I had before placing my order, as the restaurant showed up in the available list. $86 gone so I couldn't even use it for a different dinner for my family. I won't be using the service again unless they figure their stuff out... not worth the headache. subpar service for subpar product I guess.

Always got great service! Once and order was only half there and skip made sure the rest showed up and I got money from the restaurant back. Always great customer sevice when needed but very little times it has even been needed! Great app and service!

SkipTheDishes is a great place to order food. You not only have large selection of restaurants, you have a tremendous amount of locations bound to fit any hunger or craving! Fast, friendly service delivered to your front door!

One of greatest food apps out there by far. More accurate, nicer drivers and better customer service than anyone else. I love that I can track my order and I usually get help when I need from their customer service. Only complaint is that sometimes it takes a while to get back to you and their can sometimes confusion between the reps but they do their best.

The delivery charges are very reasonable. Most of the drivers I've gotten have been very friendly and kind. The worst driver I had to date was just a quiet person. Which is perfectly fine. I haven't had an issue with my orders at all and I've ordered with this at least 20 times. This is great given I usually highly customize my order in the notes.

Every driver has been quick and courteous so far! The app tracks your order every step of the way and the wait times are usually shorter than advertised. Generay quicker than ordering delivery directly from a restaurant. Haven't had a bad experience (at fault of skipthedishes) yet!

Works great, but need an option to delete old addresses and be able to see the full address.

Great app for ordering food! Has the most options for restaurants compared to other apps. If something is wrong with your order you have the option of directly chatting with someone. They always take care of you.
